This is an excellent Newport classic hotel with a lot of history, right near the Wharf and shopping district. The warm pool was relaxing, the rooms were spacious and most importantly the staff were very friendly. This is a well-run hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future.

A very beautiful hotel — you really want to take in every detail. We had a spacious room, and in the evenings we could watch the sunset right from the living room — truly magical. The staff were very kind and helpful with any request. There was a small mix-up in the restaurant, but it was resolved quickly.

The Vanderbilt is fabulous! The building is beautiful- the sleeping rooms and the lobby and dining areas. After a day walking down Bellevue Ave, it was great to go to the indoor pool and relax. The gym was clean and had all the necessary equipment. And the staff was welcoming and helpful. It was a great stay!

Our stay was one of the most amazing vacations we’ve ever had - all because of the staff. Srdan and Luke were absolutely amazing, attentive and so accommodating. They truly made our trip magical and we plan to come back every year to stay at this amazing hotel.
