Clean room and helpful staff! The provided breakfast is wonderful, and the location can’t be beat. Easy parking across the street in a paid lot.

Excellent breakfast with broad selection of items. The afternoon tea was delightful and a welcome respite. WiFi was spotty to non-existent on upper floors. We should have been informed there is no elevator. ALL parking, whether street or lot was metered or pay by plate.

Ana was fabulous! We had a problem with a parking ticket. She helped us understand that it was incorrect and called the police department and solved it for us. That is great customer service!!!

Hidden door to your room was very nice. Nice comfy king size bed that included breakfast and a discount on parking when you arrive. I liked it, it was different.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, providing a peaceful environment for rest. Breakfast was delicious, featuring a variety of fresh options to start the day right. The hotel is ideally located near the downtown area, making it convenient for exploring local attractions, and offers easy access to various nightlife options in the evening. The staff exceeded my expectations with their kindness and generosity, making the stay even more enjoyable. I definitely plan to return in the future.

This was a lovely apartment in a perfect location.

The location was amazing, everything was around the corner. Very clean, breakfast was good, lots of fruit. The room was not comfortable. The sofa was very worn off, uncomfortable to sleep, no one can sleep on such an uncomfortable bed. We did not have an option.

Really nice old building, right in downtown Newport, next to the historic district. Continental breakfast and afternoon tea are served every day Being in a ground floor room facing the street it was slightly noisy at night
