The staff were very considerate and helpful. The location was perfect and easy to walk to many to several attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was very good as well. We enjoyed our stay.

And the breakfasts were bigger and better than expected. Do note that the parking was $20 a night as had to use the public parking down the street.

Staff was very nice. Location is good if you want to be in heart of harbor arara and attractions. It was Father’s Day and took almost an hour to find a parking spot

This hotel has lots of character, unlike modern sterile hotels . The host was very friendly and interesting and the staff were very helpful . Right in the centre of Newport.

Fabulous location with a good size comfortable room. Housekeeping could have been better. on more than one occasion had to request extra towels as not enough provided to cover the number of guests in the room i.e. family of 3 only provided towels for 2.
