Th location is close to shopping on Thames Street.

The breakfasts were amazing! Very clean and comfortable, many little touches (warm cookies, daily happy hour), and excellent location to downtown and restaurants.

We were given a very warm welcome, spotless comfortable room (we stayed in the Burgundy room), beautiful and plentiful home-cooked breakfast and charming fellow guests. You really can't beat the location and sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch was such a bonus. We will definitely stay here again

We had an amazing weekend at The Almondy Inn. From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and well cared for. Staff were pleasant and extremely accommodating. Rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was over the top! We will definitely be back

Where to start? We lucked out finding this gem of a B&B, in the heart of downtown Newport! It’s within walking distance of the piers and places you want to see. The B&B harkens to a time when homeowners welcomed travelers along their journeys. We were met at the door by the two delightful innkeepers, who invited us to join the others at 5:00 pm for their daily wine and cheese social (ok! Yes, please!), which was such a nice way to start our first evening in Newport. The owners stopped in and visited too. It’s fair to say that everyone we met was really special in some way or another, and we were privileged to meet them! The hotel is gorgeous, every detail considered. Lots of love goes into this place. If you can book it, it will add to the sparkle of your vacation! There is literally nothing to put here. It was all wonderful. I woke up in the middle of the night because I was just SO comfortable that I couldn’t believe it. Also let me add, we have never had such an incredible B&B breakfast before- the innkeeper, Brian, is an outstanding chef with a desire to make your experience special.

I loved the comfortable room, the friendly host and the delicious breakfast. Parking was available at the property, but it was a bit tight.

Everything was SUPER clean and spotless. The almondy inn was in a great location centrally located in the middle of town. The breakfast was absolutely terrific. Such creativity put into it. The staff was wonderful and couldn’t be any nicer. We also enjoyed the people we had breakfast with in the morning. Made for an even more enjoyable getaway.

A beautiful and well appointed Inn within steps of the waterfront. Clean and spacious with thoughtful touches like soft robes, ear plugs and extra bedding. Warm cookies were provided mid day with wine, cheese and charcuterie served each evening. Do not miss out on the daily breakfast- which was creative, delicious and served on real china with Mimosas! Be sure to chat with Brian the host! His well traveled experiences from Italy to France and so many other places bring charm and warmth to the Inn. He’s also a great resource for exploring the local area!

It was as lovely as it appears in ad photos. Our host, Brian, was attentive and interested in our comfort. Breakfast was delicious, and the other guests were engaging and interesting. The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants and the water. The Almondy Inn was the perfect accommodation. Thank you.

The bed and sheets were very comfortable, the view was amazing, the location was unrivaled, the innkeeper Brian was so nice and the food at breakfast was delicious!

Great location with parking very close to the wharf. Clean and lovely decor. Friendly innkeepers. Delicious breakfast, afternoon cookies, and wine and cheese served at 5:00 pm.

Location is perfect. Super clean. Food is amazing. Parking was a little tight, but not a big deal.

Shelby, the proprietor, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The inn was lovely and immaculately clean. The parking was very helpful and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything! The food was exceptional, from the breakfast to the afternoon cookies and evening wine and cheese! We highly recommend the Almondy and we will definitely return! The television did not work in the room we were staying in.

Everything was perfect. Shelby was so very friendly but the biggest thing for me personally was how clean it was! I have nothing to say about anything wrong
