not much It's absolutely terrible that the hotel did not sell any breakfast items and the staff could only refer guests to a highly overprices coffee place across the driveway where a muffin was $15. I want to add that the tiny bags of chip sold at the front desk are an insult. I have NEVER stayed at any hotel that did not sell anything to to eat for breakfast- snacks etc. "Free" coffee & tea was meaningless without a food option.

For price paid there should be ceramic coffee mugs in lobby for environmentally conscious travelers. Hot water and tea should be out in lobby in the evening.

The only downside is the amenities. There should be coffee and tea service in each room. Along with an iron and ironing boards.

They were setting up for their international boat show and completely blocked our view and disrupted parking at hotel. But still charged us for parking.

Great location and clean. The staff was very friendly The room was large enough yet was laid out weird. Didn’t like the sink outside of bathroom and there was no place to put your clothes. No draws

Great location, easy valet parking, small but nice rooms, staff very good, all very clean. Only minor drawback - can hear into hallways/next or above rooms easily so some late nighters can definitely wake you up.

This is a great, central location. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, for the price the room was disappointing. There is no refrigerator. You have to request one and hope they have enough. Also, there is no closet and the bathroom was claustrophobic.

Clean rooms, well kept hotel, good location. But overall rooms were small and there were no real amenities, considering the price. Parking was an additional $45 per night.
