The staff were so friendly and helpful greeting everyone with a warm, bright smile. The inn is in a prime location with reserved parking and walking distance to everything in downton Newport. The rooms were spacious and the loft was a fun bonus. The continental breakfast was great. Alan and Sarah were a font of knowledge about Newport, things to do, and restaurant recommendations. A much nicer experience than the generaic hotel brands. Stay there; be happy.

The absolutely cleanest hotel we have ever been to. Every corner of our room was spotless. It’s not fancy and is not trying to be. It’s just nice and clean and has an authentic historic feel to it. Can’t beat the location. Central to everything newport. Rooms have lots of lights and the balcony provided plenty of opportunity for people watching (we didnt get the ocean view room). Enjoyable.

Sweet boutique hotel in a great location downtown Newport on the water. Easy parking, friendly staff, clean rooms and lovely breakfast.

All the staff were pleasant and helpful and the parking right out front was super convenient. The free breakfast and the room it is served in is delightful overlooking the docks. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! The location is perfect right on the water, parking in front of the Inn which is in walking distance to everything. The staff is amazing. So helpful with anything you might need as well as helping with suggestions of where to eat, et.
