The staff upgraded our suite to one with extremely beautiful harbor views and allowed us to check in several hours early,

Location, amenities, room structure with kitchenette, two twins a king size bed, and ability to pull out couch allowed us Apple space two stretch out We were there over graduation weekend, so it was pricey

The room was well designed and equipped for the stay! The property was under construction and we didn’t know that before arriving or we would have canceled the trip and stayed at the sister property, was to noise!

We were pleasantly surprised with how clean, spacious and well accommodated our apartment was! It’s the perfect location for all Newport has to offer. I’d definitely return!

This room was AMAZING!!! We had gorgeous views of the water and we made good use of the fireplace on our cold, damp visit. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

N/A Hot water for the jacuzzi would have been nice. 3rd time we stayed here. Hotel staff really had no clue.

Location is close to National Tennis Club. Had a kitchen. The apartment flooded. The bedroom floor was wet. The equipment was noisy.

The location is great. You can walk to everything downtown. The staff was super friendly. They double checked the room to make sure it was clean before we entered - it was great. Very spacious 2br.

It had a great location with a beautiful view. The place was very spacious and clean! I loved the staff. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely be staying there again! The kitchen did not have a pan, although temporary, the construction was kind of a pain to navigate around, but those are minor things. This place is definitely a great spot for couples, friend, and families to relax.

I liked the accommodations and the location. I was basically cornered by someone named Chris in the lobby when checking in. He was trying to get me to go to a seminar about a timeshare. I'm assuming it was for Wyndham resorts, but I told him that I was not interested. I was just there to spend a few nice relaxing days with my husband. He wouldn't relent about why I wouldn't want a free 7 day stay at the resort just for attending the seminar (I believe he was also asking for $60.00 to attend said seminar ?). He basically admonished me for paying what I did for our trip but did not want to take the seminar for a "free 7 day stay". I was finally able to leave the office/lobby so that we could get to our room. When I got to the car I had to explain to my husband what took so long and how annoyed I was with the interaction upon checking in. But the real kicker and what annoyed me even more was the fact that a few hours later, he actually called my phone to try the entire spiel on me again! While we were out and trying to enjoy our time! We did not go to Newport to get harassed by someone trying to sell me a timeshare! We just wanted a relaxing few days away and this guy Chris almost ruined it because he put me in a foul mood. Seriously, actually calling someone when they are out and about is just plain rude. I have been to the resort 5 or 6 times in the past, but now I'm second guessing if I want to book another trip because of what transpired. ?
