Room was very comfortable with a good size bathroom . Owner was very responsive. No breakfast that particular weekend which was not communicated prior to the visit

The location was perfect. Park the car and a close walk to everything. Robert has done a great job of making the property very comfortable. He has utilized the space well. The bistro table on the front porch are nice to enjoy breakfast or an evening beverage. The only suggestion I would offer is to put an outdoor couch or comfy chairs in the yard .

The house is very nice, clean, and only a block away from Bowen's Wharf. Robert was a great host, and the mattress in our suite was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in!

Excellent location, and very comfortable. I can't think of anything. I mean, you do need to walk a couple blocks to the parking, but that's normal.

Excellent coffee, and each day was a delightful breakfast. Yogurt, fresh fruit and granola to start as well. Flavorful and a great way to start the day. Was fun to see what the breakfast was going to be each morning. off location parking is a bit awkward, but not difficult. It is Newport, so understandable. At night the passersby can be a bit loud, but not too bad. Was on the first floor with windows open instead of AC, but that was by choice.

Pretty darned perfect.

The host, Robert, was great. Facilities had character to them, they were clean, it was safe. Robert made sure parking was taken care of by providing a parking pass prior to arrival. The place felt like authentic Newport, RI. Robert also makes breakfast in the morning which was delicious, and a nice gesture towards maintaining how hospitality industry should be. We loved our stay and will definitely consider staying here again if we are to come back to Newport Nothing, it was great

Loved the suite with fireplaces, antiques, comfortable bed, sofas, large rooms, tall windows, skeleton keys for locks and location. It was WONDERFUL!

Nice large room with a sitting area. Very comfortable and we were able to spread out nicely. The property is on the corner of a busy street with lots of traffic noise until late and the side street has a lot of foot traffic. The house sits right on the corner so from the first floor room it is quite noisy.

Everything is within walking distance! The breakfast was excellent and Robert was very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved everything about it. It was beautiful and we will go back. Not a bad thing to say.
