The staff were all amazing The restaurant was absolutely horrible. Who serves food anymore when people are smoking in the room. Had my drink and left. Just horrible. Also, nothing was hot for breakfast this morning. Eggs, sausage and coffee were all cold.

I did like that the included breakfast was served in a separate dining room than the lobby area.

Ice machine couldn't keep up with the amount of visitors and there was only one on each floor. This is probably the largest motel I've ever been to and 2 ice machines is definitely not enough.

I was happy to find bacon on the breakfast bar but could not find the pancakes . It was near Cocke county Bluegrass show which was nice

Excellent place to stay, great breakfast, lots of dining spaces and many great hot options to choose from. The bed was okay, but we have slept on better mattresses. the room temperature was good, but the air conditioning units making walking outside rooms wet from the moisture that comes from the units.

Staff was very friendly Hotel is outdated. Really surprised me. Outside door entrance, room configuration, closet tiny with only short hanging space as coffee and ice bucket are in the closet. Just overall needs a redo. Breakfast bar was usual Hotel fare, nothing special.

Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful. Room was great, but the refrigerator was off when we arrived and we could not get it to cool for our stay. Breakfast was great!
