The only issues I found was other guests who were carrying on a very loud phone conversation. 2 women talking to a third both mornings. It made table conversation difficult.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. It was just very nice relaxing stay the beds were very comfortable from ever in that area again that I’ll probably stay there again.
-
Location was convenient. Clean and well maintained. Probably just our taste, but mattresses seemed quite soft.

Rm 103 needs A/C has loud rattling sound, could not sleep all night very tired next day all day. This is why I gave it 4 stars. Everything eles 5 stars.

Room was clean. Evident that some updating is needed here and there but very good otherwise. The staff were helpful and kind.

Our room was very spacious and nice. The hotel was clean. The breakfast I feel could have been better but I can't complain too much since it's complimentary.

We got in on a travel day and the grandkids played in the pool then all slept well. Morning exercise then breakfast before we hit the road.

Everything else at the hotel was "fine," not necessarily above and beyond, but acceptable.

For the options in Newport this is one of the best.
