Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls NY Riverside by IHG

No regresaría nunca, camas con edredones y sábanas rotas, toallas con pésimo olor , habitaciones con demasiada humedad . Aire acondicionado en pésimo estado .no recomiendo

This was a very nice property. It might not have been quite as updated as some Crowne Plaza properties I’ve visited, but the room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was nice. What a gorgeous view!

We asked 4 times for our room to be cleaned, never happened. They forgot to call us when our room was ready and we reported our icemaker broken on our floor several times, that didn’t happen either. They did treat us to dinner for our troubles , however the food was average.

The suites overlooking the river and very nice. The bathroom is like a spa. Staff is very pleasant and helpful

Lighting in the room is very poor . The tap in room number 128 is with defect has to turn really hard to get the water flowing The lighting in the room and lack of kettle , microwave in the room

Staff were super friendly. & helpful. Even though we have do not disturb on the door, the housekeepers still knocked. They also come around 8am. We did tell the front desk.

Pet friendly Location

Le petit-déjeuner , un service épouvantable, mes œufs sont arrivés mais la serveuse m’a dit je vous apporte vos toasts, mais j’ai attendu au moins 15 minutes et les toasts n’avaient pas été apporté. J’ai donc retourné mes œufs car ils étaient froid. La serveuse m’a dit qu’elle ne pouvait pas m’en rapporter car le chef ne voulait pas les refaire. Elle me proposait des gaufres à la place.

The staff when I checked out were quite pleasant. The place looked like a bomb site. Room was very grubby and there were little moths everywhere. If you're planning to hang around Niagara falls, note that the location is not really that convenient for that purpose either. I was glad to stay only one night.

The property is located on the Niagara River. That side is pretty nice. However, in general the property is pretty run down. The parking lot has holes and most everything is outdated or in disrepair. Staff were not responsive as they had said they were. Overall pretty disappointing for a Crown!

Our stay was great ! They were remodeling so it was a lot of construction but overall I loved the room the tub and shower just wish they had a bigger tv it wasn’t a smart tv at all just basic cable

Very clean room with good sized toiletries and plenty of towels. The view was absolutely gorgeous. I did wish we could open the window, even a crack. The room got stuffy pretty quick even with the AC cycling. The patio area is lovely! Would love to see some umbrellas on the lower level for some shade Wifi was a little slow, especially when we would try to watch youtube videos via HDMI on the TV. Food in the restaurant is good, but not worth the price to eat in there everyday. I did inform the front desk of this, but one of the elevators does not come up even with the 7th floor which is an accessibility concern and a general safety concern for clumsy folk or people not paying attention when getting in and out of the elevator

Staff are nice
