Nothing much Service, cleanliness

It was right next door to a great bar/hang out spot The people that “live there” were a bit much. One guy set of fire works in parking lot. One lady asked us if we wanted to party and told us she could get us anything. Big scum place. We were on bikes and we parked at the bar since it was more secure over night.

Close to the falls. Could use some room between bed and bathroom.

Beds were the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. Sheets smelled so good too! There wasn’t any lighting options other than the main light. There wasn’t the side headboard lights like in photo.

The beds took up much of the room so the closet would not open all the way and the path to the bathroom was very tight.

Everything was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable, really close to the falls. The staff were very helpful! Nothing

It was definitely old and could use some updates.

It’s good and management also good. We requested table fan and provided Beds, fridge and wave all are good. N/A

Big comfy beds, good shower and (most importantly) old school drip coffee maker with real half and half, not nondairy creamer. We brought ground Starbucks coffee and could enjoy it without driving 3 miles to town. Also loved parking right outside our room. A bit old and dated. Somewhat musty smelling. It was clean though.

Air was so stale that we had to leave the door open for 30 minutes but it did not make much difference. Towels were too old and yellowish. Even though we were so tired, both my wife and I woke up around 1.30 am and left for the road.

It is fine to stay under the budget but need to improve the quality but overall it was very good for families

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They listened to our questions and helped us find our way around the city. The room was tidy and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the falls as well.

Felt cozy and clean. Awesome DIY beds.Great location for Niagara falls and nearby attractions. Soundproofing could be better. Toilet seat located in awkward position near door, I could hardly stretch my legs.

The bathroom sink water handles were not clean. The thin duvet was not enough for two people.

Location is great being conveniently located near the I-190. The beds were incredibly comfortable The price was decent enough. There was a two person outdoor bench as the only sitting option. There was no plug for the bathtub as the OEM unit was removed and there was no replacement. I fashioned one using a water cup and a washcloth. There was barely enough hot water to fill the tub... at 1:30AM? There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

Rooms are clean.

The room was clean

Clean Heat was low at times.

The location was close to Niagara Falls the room was clean and restroom was clean. The only thing we didn’t liked was the smell of cigarette in the rooms
