Excellent job

Clean rooms, and staff is very helpful! Pool was rather small and needed the cement surrounding the pool to be cleaned. Rest of hotel was very nice! Easy ride into town to visit the Niagara Falls park!

I saw bugs in the bathtub and on the floor in the bathroom. The bedsheets are synthetic not cotton, feeling uncomfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Lots of parking spots. Breakfast is ok.

Our location was convenient for our trip to Niagara Falls . The room was clean and they had coffee area available 24/7 . There was also breakfast included with many items to choose from such as bagels, muffins, toast, eggs, and waffles .

Nothing Smells horrible, mold in bathroom, toilets are dirty, spiders in bathroom, dirty and sticky floors and cabinets.

If you are staying here for visiting to Niagara falls, better to take a property near Prospect point, there are many available in the same range.

The pool was open! The staff was very friendly Our faucet in the tub/ shower was really difficult to use

The breakfast was bad. The staff were rude and not helpful. Our room didn’t have a shower curtain. The door actually quit working. The cleanliness was not good. I do not recommend.

The WiFi in the room was super slow and the front desk staff are not always at the front desk. Like one time I called down and no one answered. And a couple of times we came to the desk to ask questions and there was no one there. It would also be good to have non-pork meat options for breakfast.
