Another amazing stay!! Will continue to make this my first choice.

The room door was defective and repeatedly would not open with the key card, which was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. We also had ongoing problems with the lights. The cleanliness was another major issue. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and even the towels were not clean. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel, regardless of the price. To make matters worse, there was not even a basic option to buy drinking water anywhere in the hotel. The vending machines did not have water, and there was nowhere else in the hotel to purchase it. This hotel seriously needs to address basic maintenance, cleanliness, and guest services. I have stayed at many hotels in the U.S., and this was by far the worst experience I have had. I would never stay here again and absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I usually dont like writing bad reviews but this time unfortunately I have to. So my room in particular was not clean. Dirt on the floor, clumps of dust coming from under the air conditioning, the toilet after you flushed it seemed like you didnt even flush it because the water coming back in was yellow. There was a water stain on the ceiling I believe from what could be a sprinkler that leaked, the balcony had cigarette butts, bottle caps and a semi rusted folding chair. The bed covering was stained, the remote was missing the battery cover, the sockets were not secure and moved in the outlet box. You couldnt have the TV, Fridge and Microwave plugged in at the same time because there weren't enough outlets as they were all in the same area. On the upside it's near a lot of places like walmart, eateries and an outlet mall. So the location was great, hotel itself not so great. Maybe a little TLC and this place will be like other Red Roof Inns that I have stayed at.

There were no bedbugs in the bed surprisingly 1. I don’t think the floors have been cleaned for quite some time. After walking around in the room for about five minutes, my kids feet look like they had been stepping in mud. We wore shoes the entire time. 2. There was water damage all over the ceiling, and the recessed lighting, had red spots all over it from what my kids said look like blood stains from a crime scene. 3. Every time you flushed the toilet, it sounded like it was going to lift off to space for about five minutes after. 4. Also, we were on the third floor and there’s no elevator, definitely not handicap accessible. 5. It was pricey, it was around $200 at night for what I think should’ve been about $80 a night. 6. Overall, it was very dirty, the entire hotel was. There were some restaurants and things within walking distance, but the area was a little sketchy. Do not recommend for a family or anyone really.
