La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls

We travel alot and I've never witnessed a more unclean room/bathroom ever. There was dog poop on the sidewalk for days and the lower level smelt like sewage. The pool area was not maintained. The elevator made some crazy noises our first time on it so we opted to use the stairs instead. The staff were nice at the front desk but on our last evening the fire alarm went off at approximately 4:30am and when we went to get information no one had any. It turned off after about 1 min. And everything was deemed safe. I would not choose to stay here again.

Room was spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and our large luggages. Breakfast was good. There is free parking. Location is very convenient to freeway and Niagara Falls, Canada. Only recommendation is for minor maintenance upkeeps. For instance, bathroom door lock and tv remote didn’t work. No big issues. Overall our stay was good.

We booked for 4 adults and one child but they gave only one room with two bed

For EV there is a charging station from Electrify America 2km away.

Lack of staff had made the overall maintenance delayed. Property was not very clean or maintained. It looks like they are still working on things. Just one elevator for the entire hotel also make things difficult. Limited options in breakfast. I would recommend to find a different hotel.

Most hotel floors and room had visible dirt and crumbs on them, the room also had this distinct smell to it. Additionally the pull out sofa bed had a couple of reddish brown stains on the mattress, and they didn’t even provide a blanket for the sofa bed! Terrible service and amenities were not taken care of, washer was broken when we got there as well. The only plus I’m going to give this hotel was that there was a moderately clean bathroom. Other than that do not come here!

For Niagara Falls, this hotel was in a safe location. It was close to restaurants and shopping necessities. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and neatly kept. I believe some rooms were recently updated. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage. You could make waffles and toast. There were bagels, cereal and some sweet roll things.

Breakfast was really great!! Bathroom was not maintained good! Average maintenance! One night stay is okay. But not for too many days.

There was mold on the ice bucket in our room.

Good place to stay near Niagara Falls; only suggestion - fix shower.

Traveled 4 adult 2 kid age 2 and 5.

Public areas very dirty and poorly maintained. Swimming pool had someone’s shoes and towels in it. Room and breakfast were fine though.

The staff was very friendly. It wasn’t clean.
