we have a hot breakfast and wonderful sleeping, experience as good as before.

We stayed here for two nights and it was so uncomfortable. I felt the rooms were barely cleaned, soap dispensers were out at the sink and in the shower, the lamp shade was covered in some kind of liquid stain (water, coffee, urine...no idea). Each bed had three pillows, I grabbed one out of the closet meant for the couch bed, but it also looked like it was covered in some kind of liquid stain, since this is a pet friendly hotel it makes me wonder what kind of liquid stain it was. Everything just seemed gross, I think this was my last straw attempting to stay at a LaQuinta Inn.

The stay was good but the room had a noticeable tobacco smell . Also , the breakfast queue was quite long and could be better managed .

The location is nice. All the staff had smiles. There was hair on our bathroom floor, the pool had a horrible chemical smell like they had dumped everything they had in there. The pull out bed/couch had dead bugs on the sheets and stains. It looked like it hadn’t been removed and washed. The bathroom drain was broke so it had to be fixed before we could shower. The elevator sounds like it’s about to break down.

I liked the price and the how close it was to everything. The bottles in the room was not filled. The elevator was rickety. The breakfast needed something.

Close to work Cheap towels, soap, not wat I'm use to at a La Quinta hotels. Those Indians really know how to run through a good hotel. The breakfast sucked. Half cooked cheap sausage. Powdered eggs. Powdered milk of all things

It was okay just very busy so it was hard to get breakfast. Rooms needed some maintenance and had to request soap refills.

We understand busy weekends have fully booked but you cannot give an excuse we are fully booked so we cannot clean the room, you are charging more money for the weekend and if service are not provided then there is no point

The area around the property is deceiving. Like the rest of Niagara Falls, NY, it's sketchy once you drive around. Overall, it was was fine for a one night stay.

To start there was no notification that there was a $150 additional charge hold places on card until I get receipt at checkout. Once enter room go to pull out sofa bed and it had a huge urination stain. Then TV would not pick up any service. Immediately go ant let front desk know and all I got was sorry let me take a note. In morning go to desk and no note was even left.

Staff was friendly.

Ample parking, good amenities like pool , drinking water bottle station

Otherwise the stay was ok.

Staff was great. There were some minor items that could use a little maintenance to improve appearance.

We were charged an early check in fee after calling to see if our room was ready yet (at 2pm) and were told yes and we could gladly check in-no mention of an early check in fee, we would have just waited. Breakfast was terrible, there wasn’t even water to drink at breakfast. The men refilling the food didn’t have hairnets on. Missing lots of basic things to make breakfast at least half okay. The pool had some beach balls and water squirters which were fun. However, the blue paint on the bottom of the pool rubbed off all over our feet. And there was chipping paint everywhere on the pool. The hotel is in need of serious updates. However the location is great. We will never stay there again.
