Econo Lodge At The Falls North

The property was dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets had stains on them. It was a horrible experience.

The breakfast, bed and pillows The room was not clean, the shower rode was broken, there was red stains on the bathroom door and walls, and there was an odor to the room.

Cleanliness was just ok. Staff were good. Parking was meh. Breakfast was not too appealing.

Staff was nice and helpful, breakfast had limited options. For the price it was good.

Check in was quick and easy and the girl that was there was very pleasant and helpful! The breakfast was ok. The room would have been ok if the floors were clean! Dirt all over it! The first evening I walked barefoot, I could feel the dirt on the floor and by the end of the evening the bottoms of my feet were black!! The walls to the rooms are pretty thin also. We could hear everything.

El hotel muy limpio el personal muy amable y el desayuno está bien. En general fue una buena estadía ya que fue de paso solo una noche.

Great staff, comfy & clean room, great stay!! They helped make our visit to the Niagara area worth remembering!!!

Nothing is good They still did not refund half of the the incidental deposits after almost 30 days

Location was convenient. Breakfast was poor, and the staff was not friendly.

Disappointing

Desk staff was friendly. Pictures on Booking did not match the property. Room was non smoking but had obviously been smoked in for a long period of time. Smelled awful. The shower handle was not attached and fell off hard to control water temp. Stayed 5 days and never had the room cleaned and had to go get toilet paper and towels on my own twice. Seemed like there are a lot of long term tenants there and maybe some shady activity.
