Some rooms they were overcrowed to many people in one room.

My allergies were at peak during stay. Checkout early and went to back home after 1 day. Pool is only aspect that was good. Tv do not work, and cant call front dest as phone dont seem to operate as well. Overall not work the money. Should have went some other property.

It’s not like what is shown in pictures it’s dirty all around the building Everywhere dirty , room door was all insect and spiders net everywhere really bad

nothing I strongly advise against staying at this property. The room was extremely dirty, suffered from an unpleasant odor, and felt cramped. We were misled regarding the bed sizes, as our "queen" beds were actually twin beds. The grounds were poorly maintained, with cigarette butts littering the area. Despite requesting housekeeping in advance, our room was never cleaned. Furthermore, there was constant noise from people talking loudly outside our room at night. They also asked to pay an additional $200 cash deposit on top of the booking price. Overall, this stay was a poor value, and I suspect the positive reviews I read online prior to booking were not genuine.

Nice, clean place with an outdoor pool and plenty of parking. I had one of the best front desk experiences ever with Helena! She went above and beyond to arrange rooms for us a few hours before the regular check-in time, at no additional cost. Her hospitality and helpfulness really made our stay even better. Highly recommended!
