It is the worst place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was okay for the price room was very clean

When we got to the room. It was full of flies and other bugs. Went to was my face and the hot water didn’t work.

Bathroom was extremely small, to put it in perspective you need to stand on the side of the toilet or inside the tub to close the door. Bathroom was also poorly cleaned assuming because the maids barely have room to turn around in there. The room itself was decently clean and spacious, liked the wood floors. AC cannot be adjusted and turns on/off throughout the night causing it to be extremely hot. Pool was closed for most of the day for maintenance and when it finally opened there was a group of obnoxious people in there who weren’t even staying at the hotel, overheard them say the staff said they could swim there. The free shuttle advertised is actually a public transportation trolly which was interesting to say the least.. however, the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent..bagels, toast, cereal, bananas, waffles.

Okay soo per photos place looked great, but it was NOT… we checked in & ended up loosing out of almost $400 because no way were we going to stay there with our kids… bunch of shirtless weird creepy men smoking weed around the property… beds had hairs on them, pillow cases were stained, rooms smelled off.. staircase is literally falling apart with chunks of rust everywhere.. playground area had a HUGE rat running around…. I was told to email the manager and theyd provide a refund, they didnt… id stay away from this one if you value your health and well being & esp if traveling with kids!!

When I checked in the guy at the front desk was great... at checkout I waited like 10 minutes because the women was smoking a cigarette with her friends outside. The property seems to be poorly run. The grass in play area was overgrown, the pool seemed most like a jacuzzi. Our first time visiting Niagara falls and it was not a great experience for us.

Only 10 minutes from the falls and the front desk agent was friendly. The room was gross and had clearly not been cleaned despite absolutely reeking of bleach. Our socks were FILTHY after being in the room for just a few minutes. The bathroom floor was heavily water damaged and moldy. There were dead insects all over the floor and walls especially around the lamp, which was incredibly dusty and dirty. Everything felt gross. There was also a massive gap under the door which easily allows insects and pests inside. Even the TV speaker was blown out.

The room was smelly and old. The TV was not working. My husband rearranged the cables in order to be used. Nothing seemed to be maintained. Would not stay here again.

La recepcionista fue muy amable conmigo cuando fui a hacer el check in. La habitación estaba limpia y organizada.

Free parking. You can even leave your car just in front of your room. Reasonable price.

I liked the location The rooms smelled like smoke

I booked a double bed queen room and beds were so small that i felt i could fall. The curtain rod was broken. Dead flies on the floor. Floor felt dusty and unclean. Breakfast was below average. Just an okay experience if you get a good deal, otherwise the room is not worth the price
