Staff was far from being helpful or kind or empathetic. Room was good and breakfast good.

The mattress on sofa bed should have been of better quality. That is not at all comfortable.

The facilities are old, and the breakfast offers very limited variety

The room were clean. Some of the staff are not friendly. Some of the housekeeping staff were extremely Rude! I ask them to vacuum our room. And she answered me me no we dont do vacuum the room not until 3 days of stay! And she even told me here is the vacuum if you want you vacuum it yourself. Breaffast was good.

The hotel was not in the best condition, the bed was very uncomfortable, I did not get much sleep for 2 nights. Paper thin walls, I could hear the conversation of our neighbors, the people above and below us. I genuinely felt like I got ripped off staying here….

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The furniture was a little worn and dated.

The breakfast was pretty good and the beds and pillows were great! It was not the cleanest in the common areas - elevator, hallways. Our room it's self was fine.
