Likes were breakfast , clean room, staff not helpful with direction stuff.. loved my name on tv.. great price for area 5 miles from Niagra gas “goat island” state park perfect all day open 24 hrs

A clean comfortable room with the best breakfast with 4 hot main items along with many other breakfast foods/drinks, etc.

This hotel needs to live up to Hilton standards in terms of cleanliness. Restaurant looked pretty abandoned with empty balls and hand written notes on walls.

breakfast was ok but not crazy, basic motel value not sure about the value for money, I feel like for some couple of more $ we would have been better situated in town

The location. The continental breakfast was great, but what I watched for 4 mornings was heart breaking. Between the Asian and Chinese people, the amount for food carried from the breakfast area was uncalled for. They were very disrespectful towards others of making sure that other guest could get breakfast or have enough. They filled their pockets; bags and carried out enough food to last them all day. It was disgusting to watch each morning. Each day and morning there was trash in the hallways along with the trash can in the lobby and front door were completely full and on the floor. The gardens in front of the Hotel looked like crap, overgrown, full of weeds and needed much attention.

Easy to get the hell out in the morning and be on my way Noisy room, unemptied garbage cans, damp towels folded under fresh ones, all the towel racks were at an angle so towels wouldn't stay on. Front desk staff was very unknowledgeable and unhelpful.

Staff was far from being helpful or kind or empathetic. Room was good and breakfast good.

The mattress on sofa bed should have been of better quality. That is not at all comfortable.
