Falls Motel

Location. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but unfortunately, this was by far one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. When we entered the room, it was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom sink was dirty and still had hair in it, as if someone had shaved there and no one had cleaned it afterward. The surfaces throughout the room were covered in dust, and there was serious moisture/mold damage on the wall. On my side of the bed, there wasn’t even a proper headboard. The cleanliness was so bad that we did not feel comfortable sleeping on the pillows. We actually had to put our own T-shirts over the pillowcases before going to sleep. The next morning, we needed to check out around 9:00 AM because my mother had a bus to catch to Canada. There was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell repeatedly, someone finally answered and told us to wait until they came to the reception. Eventually, someone who appeared to have just woken up came down. We then had to wait again while they went to inspect our room before returning our $100 deposit. I understand checking for damage, but considering the poor condition of the room to begin with, the whole situation was frustrating and unnecessary. Because of the delay, my mother almost missed her bus. Thankfully, our deposit was returned, and I chose not to complain at the time because the entire experience had already been unpleasant enough. I personally would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For a similar price, there are much cleaner places to stay in the area. I do not care if a hotel is old or basic — that is completely fine with me. But cleanliness is the most important thing, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness

Owner was nice. Room was clean. Internet didn’t work at night. So tv didn’t work. They just finished cleaning when we arrived so room had STRONG odor from cleaning supplies. Bed was damp from the spray

The property was very near the Falls.

If you get stuck, like we were, it's a passable place to sleep one night. No bedbugs or safety issues. Sheets were washed. They agreed to take smaller deposit in cash so we wouldn't need to take the charges of using credit card. It's not very clean, especially the bathroom and tub. Linen and furniture are old (but clean). Room is small and shabby, walls are plastic and the whole thing feels cheap. If you pay deposit by card you need to pay the bank charges. It took the cleric some time to respond to the door at night and in the morning, and we were in a rush. Latest time for check in is earlier that stated on booking.

The price Didn't allow our service dogs as I am disabled.

We spend two nights. Room was okay but not properly cleaned, especially bathroom area. And air conditioner was very loud. It was hard to sleep.

We need another extra room for next day and we don’t have reservations because no rooms but she adds that Very well . Thanks for your help We like everything about fall motel But suggest if they have 2 baths in family room maybe more comfortable but we don’t have any problem with that.

The motel room was very clean, and for the price we paid, the value for money was definitely there. The free wifi wasn’t always the greatest but everything else was up to par.

They asked for deposits and inspected room before leaving, thought that we steal the stuff from the hotel room and counted the stuff. Also the space was very small and congested in bathroom so I was hardly able to sit to washroom and pillow had blood marks and very unhygienic so we didn’t used the pillows. I will go to another place
