Falls Motel

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The owner/manager was excellent. She was very helpful. She brought extra coffee to our room. Came to the room for our checkout and to give our deposit back.

Clean room, friendly staff

The rooms are dated but comfortable ,the staff extremely kind and hospitable, will do again Parking lot is small making it hard to manage with my truck.

Price is cheap. It is very close to the fall. You can’t pay a cheap price and expect to get a five star service. You get what you paid for.

Didn't even stay at this location had a very rude interaction with staff telling me it was a terrible time to check in over email and being hostile/ rude to me

It was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in! And I have traveled the world extensively for 25 years. Absolutely terrible in every way. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to have clean sheets and towels and hot water that isn’t rusty. Could not wait to check out. Should have gone to Canada!

Hotel charged 8% fees from security deposit

Nothing!!! Everything. Bed was horrible. The place stunk. AC didn’t work could hear the other people from the other side of the wall. Over all horrible. People lied about everything on here. Not even worth 20 dollars

She was very unprofessional and stood on our gates at the checkout time. On our journey way back, our cab drivers warned us for bed bugs too. Overall it was an horrible experience and the host was greedy for money and non hospitable environment. Please don’t book here guys

This motel lacks cleanliness. There were hair of previous users in bathroom, which made me uncomfortable. Bed sheets were not tidy

One room as 3 bed

Looking for something inexpensive and not corporate. We found it.

The room was very clean and confortable. It was in the perfect location, the service and stuff were excelent and very good.

Very nice clean quiet place, host was very pleasant the host was always concerned about us n our stay in enjoyed myself and will b back again thank u so much for the hospitality

Location Old & a lot of road noise

Only good thing was the location. Not what I saw in pictures. Walls had water damage and pieces missing. Very outdated and not well kept.

Showed up after "reserving " online. Late. To be told she was giving the room to someone else.

It says Family room but its single room with three beds.

Not real clean. Door to room didn't look too secure. Staff was pleasant. Ok for an overnight stay.
