Room was clean. location is great based. Close to all amenities. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. So, for a 3 or 4 ppl stay, this room is big but not ideal.

Amazing room size, location and pool. If we ever come back to Niagara we will stay at your hotel.

Cleanness No water bottles provided in the room. No milk/cream pods for coffee machine. Since no breakfast is included in the package, microwave in the rooms will be helpful in some ways. Standing shower has no door so water always spills out and makes a mess. No towel rack inside the standing shower. Chairs not sufficient for a family. Putting a love-seat will be very comfortable.

Bad location, far from falls, the backside looks like a landfill I did not like anything of this hotel. They charged a price that it does not deserve. The conditioner bottle was empty, the sofa bed was terrible, no one can sleep on that thing, location was not what it advertised for.

We booked and confirmed our reservation at this hotel in March. In August, 24 hours before checkin, I received an email advising that the hotel had cancelled our reservation due to overbooking. I scrambled to find an alternate stay in the same area with the same specific amenities that I needed and that this hotel has. Luckily I was able to find something at the last minute, but given proximity to the Falls and our need for secure bike storage it wasn’t easy and it was more expensive. It was also extremely stressful.

The location was great for food, walking to the falls. No ice available on our floor or where the sign said to go to get ice.

Our family has been staying at this hotel for our past 2 family trips to Niagara, and has not disappointed us yet. The rooms have been clean, we love the outdoor and indoor pools, and walkable location. Staff were mostly friendly and accommodating. We were overcharged for our stay - spoke with the manager who stated it was the fault of the 3rd party booking (booking.com), and I had to contact the 3rd party to resolve the issue. It took alot of time to clear up the overcharge and I would have preferred if the hotel could have been helpful in resolving this issue.

Beds, room and. Good location to activities around the falls. One of the elevators was broken and although they opened up the staff elevators to use was inconvenient and one of the female staff at front counter was a bit rude.
