No Microwave, no refrigerator and no eggs or potatoes for breakfast

The location. We walked to the Falls in the evening to enjoy the beautiful night view of the Falls. The breakfast area is too small! It was full of people during breakfast time. We had to wait for a long time to get some food.

Breakfast should include scrambled eggs and protein.

This hotel has been our go to for many years and every stay is a 10/10. Perfect location for Niagara Falls and Clifton hill am near all the restaurants. Rooms are clean and very comfortable.

The room exceeded our expectations it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring everything in Niagara Falls. Breakfast was good, although my kids were hoping for eggs, which weren't available. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would recommend this hotel. Front desk staffs was amazing, Vickie very excellent customer services The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It needs more options for kids, as I mentioned. I was expecting choices like eggs and other kid-friendly breakfast items.

Cleanness, staff, location The air conditioner is loud, even after they replaced it with a new one. It’s a window-type unit, and even at low speed, it’s still noisy and blows directly in your face while sleeping next to it, since it’s positioned at the head of the bed. I couldn’t sleep well.

Great location, good amenities and staff was so friendly and helpful! Pool felt slimey but, it was being used by quite a few families and the toilet was not larger person friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and close to the falls. Everything was well organized, and I had a pleasant experience. The only thing I would suggest is improving the breakfast by offering more variety, such as eggs and different types of cheese. Other than that, everything was great.
