Renovation was obviously done cheaply and still feels dated and dirty

I didn't The staff was rude, dismissive. And arrogant but they were only like this to use African Americans. The manager is stupid. They like to cover up alot with lies. The manager stared us down like we had a disease. When ever i went to my car, walked around the corner or anything. Nydia or however you spell her name is a big ass liar! I will be emailing corporate along with pictures and her statement of lies because she didnt know i recorded the conversation before she wrote up a lie while they was watching our every move. No i will not stay here ever again. The bathtub didn't drain, the shower spayed water everywhere, there was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom and the room smelled wet.

Not a bad breakfast location was ok There no phone in room for office contact bad was very bad it’s hard to sleep and when I try to make payment though my Apple Card they were asking physical card and when I booked this reservation there is no information about parking and they asked me for parking money 20 dollars for each day I feel like they are scammers I would not go again this place or recommend anyone.

Close to amenities Cl Our room was nice The staff fixed our issue with the room as far as the electrical outlet issue gave us an extension cord. The headboard wall had no outlets at all couldn’t plug in our Cpap machines. There was no lamps by the bed because of the issue. The plumbing for the bathroom had water hammer pipes were not installed properly. Internet was very slow

Location Parking , the water was warm not hot made a comment and the assured me they will send someone and the next morning my shower was not hot

Near the places we like to go eat & other activities are walking distance . Slow WiFi & tv doesn’t work in our room.

Location was great Close to everything Found dirty underwear in the bed Didn’t notice it when we were sleeping but when we were making the sheets the next morning a pair of men’s underwear were rolled up in between the sheets

It’s close to the casinos and this is where we always stay. The room was clean and comfortable. That the shower door didn’t stay closed

Close to Clifton Hill Door didn't lock unless slammed shut, Bath tub had a patched spot and Ants in the Bathroom, Had to throw out my toothbrush. Barely any choices for breakfast, more than half the food was empty / look like it wasn't there to begin with.

we opted out of breakfast carpet instead of laminate flooring in the room
