Victoria Motor Inn

It was very close to Clifton Hill and cheap for the price. It was also really clean too which is not what I expected, I expected it to be dirty. We did not get the room that we ordered. We bought and reserved a room 6 days prior, check in was from 3pm to 12am (midnight) and we got stuck at the border and called the hotel around 9:30pm to give a heads up. The staff could hardly speak English and didn’t know anything and claimed that she couldn’t find our confirmation number, couldn’t find our names, and couldn’t find our room… So we never got the room that we paid for… and they never refunded us… on top of that, we had to pay an extra $25 to park when the next door lot was only $10 to park…. Who pays for parking at a hotel??

good location. No elevators, poor parking, limited and poor furniture for comfort.

24 hour staff at the front desk would have been nice. Room didn't come with a fridge, microwave or coffee maker even though we paid for a superior king room.

Location is exactly what we needed as one of our party is mobility issues Needs coffee machine and maybe a fridge

Close to casinos Are lock was messed up on the door couldn’t even get it at first, water all over the floor when we got the door open and water all over the carpet by the air conditioner. Carpet was wet

Location was good right next to Clifton Hill No Wi-Fi during our three nights stay cleanliness was not good stains on sheets and towels. When we walked in none of the lights were working had to call staff to come figure it out TV made a static noise and had a little to no good channels.

Only like the location I didn’t like the parking lot because there was not enough parking plus they charge me for the parking spot 22 Canadain dollars

Could not figure out how to lock the window. I was with my husband and there was a screen over the window so I was okay with not locking the window, but it was weird.

Great location, and the kids had a wonderful time. The room was fantastic with perfect air conditioning, and the beds were super comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, keeping everything clean every day. Awesome location with every form of entertainment just minutes away. I love it here and will definitely book again if it’s available when I need it.

Cleanliness, quiet place, comfortable, reponsively communication, respectfull behavior. Very weak wifi signal. A semi working toilet tank!

Perfect spot to stay for a Niagara Falls visit, especially if you’re people who are there to enjoy the area and neighborhood and the attractions as opposed to staying in your room for the entire trip. While the rooms were basic, somewhat outdated, They were also clean and completely functional. The value can’t be beat being a few steps from all the fun the Falls has to offer. This hotel will be my first check every time I return to the falls! Rooms could use basic updating, nothing urgent.

The front desk staff was wondering. He Gave me a late check out or I would have been out in the heat for 2h waiting for my train to arrive. And the location is perfect. The tv didn’t work only had one channel sports recaps….. in French ? and they need new pillows.
