The location is just amazing - right above Smoke's Poutinerie (recommend btw) and you just step outside in to Crofton Hill. For the price I paid I could not beleive I got such a good location. Room was spacious, and bed was great. Ability to pay for parking during your stay in one go was very helpful as well (make sure to pre-organise). View of Crofton Hill was nice and it felt safe. I'd definiately stay here again - you wont be in motel much anyway. Frontdoor badly damaged - to open 3C I had to turn the key half way - where it got stuck - then lift the door up via the handle and push with my shoulder. It appears that previous tenants have kicked and bent the door. Toilet was broken - however I was able to fix it (chain fell off inside the cistern).

We loved the location, and the price was reasonable. We knew that there wasn't a fridge or microwave so we had brought a large cooler which was tough taking up 4 flights of stairs.

Ac was broken. And toilet and most the lights in the room.

Location is amazing, it's near every thing and not far from the falls. Please add fridge and microwave in the rooms, it will help people.

It was very close to Clifton Hill and cheap for the price. It was also really clean too which is not what I expected, I expected it to be dirty. We did not get the room that we ordered. We bought and reserved a room 6 days prior, check in was from 3pm to 12am (midnight) and we got stuck at the border and called the hotel around 9:30pm to give a heads up. The staff could hardly speak English and didn’t know anything and claimed that she couldn’t find our confirmation number, couldn’t find our names, and couldn’t find our room… So we never got the room that we paid for… and they never refunded us… on top of that, we had to pay an extra $25 to park when the next door lot was only $10 to park…. Who pays for parking at a hotel??

good location. No elevators, poor parking, limited and poor furniture for comfort.

24 hour staff at the front desk would have been nice. Room didn't come with a fridge, microwave or coffee maker even though we paid for a superior king room.

Great location. Friendly staff. There is no refrigerator in the room. You get a very small ice bucket and 4 tiny plastic cups. You get ice from the front desk (we were on the third floor), and the ice comes in a plastic shopping bag. In the bathroom, our sink only had one tap that would work. The cold worked, and nothing came out of the hot. Very ghetto. One of the fitted sheets on the bed had a hole in it, and on the other bed, the comforter had a huge stain. I paid the same amount and stayed at different places just a 5 min walk down the street, and it was in pristine condition. And no, parking is not included. It costs $22 a night.

Disappointing

Fantastic location, bed was comfortable I ask for 2 more pillows and it was no problem. The room was just what we needed for the night. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff was very accommodating and so pleasant. The outlets need to be checked, had a hard time keeping the TV plugged in, the outlet is VERY loose. Maybe the beds could use locks on the wheels, it moves when sat on.

Location is exactly what we needed as one of our party is mobility issues Needs coffee machine and maybe a fridge

Excellent location- Near Clifton Hill and Major attractions. The staff is super friendly. I travelled with my wife and mother. We had to check out at 11, but had plans to visit a few more attractions the same day. The staff agreed to keep our bags safely so we could explore and come back and take our bags. The rooms were clean. They also have an in-house restaurant. However, we did not have any meals from the restaurant. Overall, a good budget motel. I would recommend this for family too. Note- This is not a Hotel, so keep expectations as per a budget motel.
