Spacious room and bathroom

Close to every thing we wanted. Paying for parking but has been like that for ever . Other then that all was great

Great facilities. Lovely room. Very clean and tidy. No a complaint but just to make people aware that the hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the falls.

design of room. Did not like the open concept. I like private baths. Bed was not comfortable. Bathroom vanity was too small for two people.

Loved everything about our stay. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed because of flooding, herd great things about it. But obviously understandable. Not much not to like.

Inside the hotel was quiet and room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The steam shower was amazing. Breakfast was good - I enjoyed it, but it was not my partner's favorite. Consisted of a boiled egg, yogurt, a croissant, juice. The next morning was a mini-quiche instead of boiled egg. He would have preferred like a scrambled egg and toast option. The location was basically behind the Clifton Hill madness - just a dirty busy area that is not my vibe. That being said, you can walk down to the falls area - but it is a little hike. Understanding that you pay a price for convenience - this hotel was a good price for everything you received once inside. Staying in the "nice" hotel area (Hilton, etc) would have been double the price.

Breakfast was good and they accommodated dairy free The furniture was banged up, walls needed paint touch ups, and the shower had large cracks in the tile and require replacing. The toilet handle was not secured properly

Room was awesome! Breakfast amazing! Staff are always so nice and helpful to ensure you have what you need. We always look forward to our stay at Sterling Inn. We have stayed here many times now but this time was the first experience where our bed was too firm to sleep on (we have had a different room each time). However, the staff were great in making sure we got a mattress topper for our second sleep. The bed was still firm but it did help enough so we could have a better sleep.

Room was clean and had a great jet tub. Continental breakfast in bed was a nice addition. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was hard as a rock. Had to ask for a mattress topper that improved it slightly. Parking was also 18$ per day and was not disclosed prior to booking. It was included in the message after I booked a non refundable stay.

This was a beautiful property within walking distance to the falls. Our suite was spacious, clean and well appointed and every staff member we encountered was very helpful and welcoming. We also had dinner at the restaurant on site, AG. It did not disappoint! The food was very delicious and we could not have chosen a better venue for our anniversary dinner. This boutique hotel is very special and we HIGHLY recommend staying there.

I liked the spacious clean room and the proximity to everything Niagara Falls has to offer The rumbling sound of the air conditioner stating in the middle of the night.
