The hotel is in a great location and very clean. The room is large enough to accommodate a large family. Overall, the room was OK. The room has some issues in the bathroom. We had to repair the toilet flushing system a few times. The shower's water flow was very weak. The off-site car park was very inconvenient and expensive. We realized that we could park in a more convenient location for the same price. We asked reception about the hotel's breakfast, and they were unable to answer. The pool was always very busy.

Close proximity to Clifton Hill. Decent looking hotel, with nice size rooms and comfortable bed. Staff were rude and not good at communicating. The lady checking us in made us feel like we were burdening her which made us feel uneasy. There was no hot water anytime we took a shower which made showering extremely unpleasant. Also the air conditioning unit in the room was SO LOUD we couldn’t sleep due to the noise it kept making.

The location is perfect for the attractions in niagra and the hotel is beautiful, full of character and the parking is super convenient. Honestly everything is amazing its just not like way over the top impressive. The hotel seems old but the renovations help a lot. The building has such a great vibe. Not really a complaint. The only thing id say is the pool room needs renovating next. The pool room feels like a time machine. Loved my stay though

Location Pull out sofa had no blankets I had to go to the lobby myself in my pjs to get the blankets and pillow Phone in my room didn’t work Bathroom was poorly cleaned And we were given 3 large towels for 5 ppl.

Liked the location , easy to access . Staff was very hospitable The washroom was not neat, it had a stain in the toilet which was very evident

The friendly staff at the hotel were awesome. The hotel was very clean and the buffet breakfast was perfect for us considering having younger children, it made things easier. We asked to have a room higher up in the building to have beautiful views of the fireworks, it was amazing. Thank you so much. It could have been better if the parking was bigger versus having to walk from the hotel to a separate parking lot.

Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable at all. They were extremely noisy and squeaky, and every time we moved, they made a loud noise. As a result, we were unable to sleep properly throughout the night. A comfortable and quiet bed is very important when staying at a hotel, so this was quite disappointing.

Very clean room and washroom area. Good hospitality. First day we had only one shampoo for two guests.
