Fantastic location for Clifton hill and all the attractions at Niagara Falls. Nice big rooms and great pool/hot tub area. Breakfast was wildly overpriced and not very good. and they charged our toddler full price despite him being 3. (Only noticed after we left)

The location is just walking distance to lots of food and coffee such as McD, starbucks, subway... and especially Clifton Hill Elevators are very slow in peak season.

Located in busy area, but easy walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Comfortable room. Nice pool. Limited parking and additional fee. We had to park several blocks away. Blackout curtains were not designed to close at all. Although window faced a blank wall of the building next door, not being able to close the curtains led to a poor night's sleep. Handheld shower did not work, only rainfall shower. (Reported to front desk.) Thin walls. Noise from adjoining rooms and hallway very clear.

Our car was broken into the parking lot and all our clothes are stolen because our room wasn’t ready to be checked into. But don’t worry they counted her $25 parking.
