Really close to attractions but still out of the high traffic

It was close to all attractions and a short walk to the falls I wish breakfast was free. It was $14 per person for the buffet

Cleanliness and proximity to attractions. Paying for parking-$19 /night and not being told about “other location” for overflow parking. No map provided and poor instructions given for this site.

The location was good Something sticky on the nightstand, a stain in the tub, crumbs on the floor, and a piece of popcorn in the bed. It wasn’t terrible, but there wasn’t a lot of care put into cleaning the room. I’ve also never stayed at a days inn that charged for breakfast

Great location and pleasant staff!

The room was clean and the room service was done every day. The room was missing the microwave, we call them, nothing was done. The parking wasn’t included, we paid the parking but when you go out and came afternoon no chance to find a spot near the hotel, you have to park the other side of the street. Next time I won’t take theirs parking just across the street you will find parking half price 10$. I paid 20$+tax.

Very close to all the attractions and restaurants and offers a more reasonable priced option for a lower budget stay. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms sufficiently spacious to host 4 people. It could use a bit of refurbishing as the carpets walls and furniture looks old. The parking space that you pay for is not necessarily guaranteed with your room which seems to be the issue around Niagara, so a bit of effort on that front could go a long way to attract more visitors and make them feel at ease and safe regarding their cars.

Comfortable bed. Slept well. Could walk to attractions. Room small for two people.

Close to the falls The parking and the lack of cleanliness

All the staff was very helpful. Super nice. Answered all my questions, help arrange transportation. Needs new mattresses.

Very clean, great location, within walking distance have so many things. Staff were amazingly, friendly and helpful. The building was very well up kept. Free hot breakfast included would’ve been nice, but the paid breakfast was very good.

Parking availability. From my window, I saw a huge parking lot but when I tried to park there, it was blocked off.

The nearness to Clifton Hill attractions made it easy to enjoy. The room was lacking a microwave and also no in room safe option. They also charged to park at a rate of $19 a night.
