The property manager Tommy, is a friendly and professional man who took good care of us and made the stay very satisfactory. He checked with us on our experience and to see if we needed anything. He is a pleasant person to interact with. Overall very clean rooms and very good air-conditioning to make our stay very comfortable, definitely recommended.

the location the bathroom door has no lock, for a family, kids can open the door when you take a shower, which is not appropriate

Overall the facility is run down. Everything looked needed change. TV had only 3 channels. Lighting in the room was poor. The lamp needed to be changed. Especially bathroom was terrible. The tub was so worn out that we did not even dared to take a bath. Wash basin kept on leaking water.

I liked the location, very close to everything and everyone from food to entertainment. Staff were very friendly, room was very clean and I was very impressed to see the cleanliness. We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be great value for the price. There was a guest next door bit noisy

Nothing Booked by accident - called the property asking for a refund was told "absolutely not." Get to the property, no one in the front office has to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive. Room was gross. Toilet didn't flush properly, I think the toilet was leaking because the floor was wet the majority of the time, we all had to wear crocks while using the washroom. AC unit was obnoxiously loud. Very tiny room, paid over $350 Canadian for a night here by accident and no one with the property showed any type of decency. I hope no one visits or stays here, easily a waste of money

I was charged for 2 rooms however only given 1. Promise a refund when I arrive at the property. The manger said I have to wait until I check out. Im still waiting.

Location is good, convenient to reach all attractions. Check in was quick. Staff is very friendly and respond on our request fast. Motel needs upgrade. First floor, room we stay in, needs renovation, walls and doors 100% required fresh painting.
