I liked the location, very close to everything and everyone from food to entertainment. Staff were very friendly, room was very clean and I was very impressed to see the cleanliness. We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be great value for the price. There was a guest next door bit noisy

Nothing Booked by accident - called the property asking for a refund was told "absolutely not." Get to the property, no one in the front office has to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive. Room was gross. Toilet didn't flush properly, I think the toilet was leaking because the floor was wet the majority of the time, we all had to wear crocks while using the washroom. AC unit was obnoxiously loud. Very tiny room, paid over $350 Canadian for a night here by accident and no one with the property showed any type of decency. I hope no one visits or stays here, easily a waste of money

I was charged for 2 rooms however only given 1. Promise a refund when I arrive at the property. The manger said I have to wait until I check out. Im still waiting.

Location is good, convenient to reach all attractions. Check in was quick. Staff is very friendly and respond on our request fast. Motel needs upgrade. First floor, room we stay in, needs renovation, walls and doors 100% required fresh painting.

The owner is very accommodating and friendly. The property is very near to the center/downtown Very accessible to downtown.

We would have liked hooks in the showers to hang towels, the doorknob lock wasn’t very secure and although there was a deadbolt we could lock when we were in the room, we didn’t have that key when we left the room to secure it

Its only 10-15 mins away from falls and what makes our stay excellent is the staff Tommy. His service is 10 out of 10 very friendly

The second room in the family suite does not have an AC. The bathroom requires renovation.

We love the bed so much. It's so soft and comfortable to sleep on. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just the water in the morning before we checked out was cold. Hot water not working. Just that!
