Property was nearby the local attraction Property was very dirty and not properly maintained.

The hotel had to be sure that the rooms are cleaned. They didn’t clean my room. The staff gave me an other room but the bed was noisy, it has not a desk for work. My biggest disappointment: people smoked on the balcony even in the rooms. What bothered me a lot

It is convenient for us because it is nearby all attraction… Some amenities is incomplete but overall it is good.

Clean, easy to check in and good location Breakfast options can be improved, similarly the space were the breakfast is held is small, only about 6 tables that were average sized and so can fit less than 17 people due the room arrangement and space.

Staff The breakfast room was way too small for the size of the motel!! It was disgusting. The coffee wasn't drinkable. Even to try and get the coffee was a challenge. Our air conditioner did not work. Came back to the room to a puddle of water. Air filters were clogged up. Staff had to clean them before the unit would work.

Great location Lighting is not good

Close to downtown and kid’s play park and the falls. They didn’t do the floor cleaning at all, if one would walk bear foot on it the foot would turn black because of so much dust on the ground.

It was super close to Clifton Hill which is what we were looking for. Easy to find and easy to park. The staff (that we interacted with) were very pleasant and helpful. Parking was discounted 50% for us which was very kind. Breakfast was included but we didn’t take advantage of it since we slept in. It was nice there was a fridge in the room. The air conditioning was ice cold!! The bed was massive and it was comfortable and clean. We were simply looking for a place to shower and sleep and not pay a fortune. It honestly was everything we were looking for. For any young family or young adults on their own, the street was kind of sketchy. The property could use some sprucing up and maintenance. The ashtray stand outside the room was full of old cigarette butts. The bathroom was showing its age and the exhaust fan didn’t work but I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel.

Bathroom sink is not draining. Breakfast in the basement in the small room, a lot of people had to wait outside and it’s prepared by a cleaning stuff. It has mold in it and bad smell.

The location, the staffs very helpful, clean and comfortable The breakfast could be better, it was crowded.

Everything was great, no dislikes thank you once again for your service.

Location Run down

The location is good, just a walkable distance to all activities. Parking facilities in the premises also was good. It’s not I don’t like or what so ever, but I don’t consider this as a “Hotel”, but it’s an upgraded “Motel” I would say. For the same price range, I had stayed in real Hotel in the same area.

Everything was good! Nothing to complain about!

I would recommend installing chargers for EV cars.
