The location was perfect. Pool and hot tub were dirty. 1 room smelt like a sewer rm 133. Was blamed for breaking a tv that never worked from when we got there and charged 500+$ for non-smart 32in. Ha joke, they sent me picture of a broken tv and the room layout didnt even match mine!! Bed was sunken in in the middle rm 134. I spent 1000$ for 3 rooms for 2 nights so price isn't outrageous.

The staff was friendly l. Prompt. And courteous. Rooms were warm. Cooling system did not work properly. Or just too weak. Sleep was extremely compromised due to room temperature. Plus the shower system was very noisy. Constant High pitch sound while showering.

Location amazing. 2mins walk to clifton hill. Swimming pool was murky and didn't feel clean. Room very basic and again didn't feel looked after. Bathroom flooded when showering due to useless shower curtain. Did not have any interaction with staff except when checking in and not overly friendly or helpful with any extra info. Price a bit expensive for what it was. Didn't like slippers in room but if opened cost is $5 and so had to tell the kids not to touch or move them at all! Why offer these?? Very cheap thin ones. Just very basic and only positive is the location. Big rip in the curtain in main room and kids were cold so put heater on and smell of burning came out! Switched off immediately.

The location was perfect! Just slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Clifton hill but close enough that you don’t need to move your car for anything It wasn’t super clean. Our room was clean but the hallway needed to be vacuumed, there was garbage and hair everywhere. The elevator was dirty and needed a cleaning The lobby was unkept, their display shelf of flyers were strewn under it (granted that’s not their fault, guests don’t respect them, but it can be tidied) The pool was desperately needing of a good cleaning, there was hair everywhere while swimming.

Our room was ready early for us. We had a nice view of fireworks. The kids loved how the cleaner made their bed using their stuffies We used pullout bed. The sheets were awful. You could see through them. The tub had a problem draining.

Location, breakfast and good room size Room did not have Queen beds even though advertised. May have to request rooms quit

The location is very convenient! Everything is closed by! Initially booked room is really bad smell, couldn’t even get inside. Then they gave another room and changed additional $20. Washroom exhaust fan not working and stuffed with dust! There is no free hotel parking, need to pay $20+ tax

The stuff were very nice and calm and helpful. They change the room for us that i booked online because it was very smelly not suitable for kids or anybody. They must change the bedsheets after every checkout, which I don't think they do. One of the beds blanket was freshly stained and wasn't washed and the sheets full of hair. For the price we paid wasnt worth it.

parking was a issue … since we drive a full size truck need to let the bigger vehicles take a priority over the outdoor parking spaces and encourage the smaller vehicles to park in the garage.

Location is convenient. The customer service was very poor.
