Parking only Room was ok but beds are small and mattress move on the bed slippery. There is no oven in room no iron in room available.

4th of July, availability. Close to everything. They don't vacuum carpet, buildup around walls, etc. Top of nightstand needed cleaning. Didn't expect much being 4th of July for affordability/availability. BUT the really bad, a day after being home I had what I thought was mosquito bites on ankle, then more started to appear on legs and arms. One week later two more on inside of elbow....bed bug bites!!!

Well maintained and clean hotel with a nice pool for the kids. Very nice and helpful staff. Because of the timing for our stay, the price was high.

It was a great location everything near by It was ok but needs to be updated but for the price is very good actually the rooms are small if you stay in the outdoor

I liked the location and the size of the room for my group of people. The shower system was often not working and we needed the receptionist to come up to fix it at 1:30am, there was also a brown stain on the bedding for the pull out couch.

Bed mattress and room, plus the room look like motel 6 it not match what I see in the website

we like staying at this hotel we stay here every time we come to Niagara however we did get there a few minutes early and asked if we could check in a few minutes early, but our room wasn't ready which was fine but at 4 PM our room still wasn't ready and we didn't get to check in till 4:20 PM. Also, the pullout couch was broken at the bottom the spring was broken.

Its close to everything. Walking distance to everything we wanted to go to. The room. Its somewhat decent not super clean, when we went inside the room there were flies. Wifi doesnt work. The tv works but the channels doesnt so it was useless.

Very close to the falls in Clifton Hill. We could see the sky wheel from our room. It was in a great location and the stuff was very friendly. The room was clean.

Great location, close to the Clifton strip. Wifi was decent. Decent sized parking lot, low rates. Restaurant on site, breakfast was decent and well priced. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Pool available, if that’s something you need. Our room was spacious, quiet when we stayed. Easy check in and check out. A tad dated looking, could use a facelift and touch up, but honestly, you book a place to sleep, not live, and spend most of your time out enjoying the sights and city, so for the value, I am not disappointed.
