A ton! Maud service missed stuff. Razor and whiskers were in our bathtub on arrival. They didn’t have any backup toilet paper other than what was on the roll. Also attempting to charge a 7.9% local fee in addition to resort fees and Priceline’s fees.

My son and daughter got bitten all over after sleeping in the bed .

The parking got full quick and they charge per night. Also it’s difficult to park in larger SUVs with such tight spaces

It was close everything supermarket is a 12 min walk if you don’t want to drive. Several dinners and more. I didn’t notice anything I didn’t like.

location Noise levels late at night and early am nade it difficult for our grandkids to get acgood night sleep. Thrre needs to be dtaff monitor tge halls as some parents have no respect for other quests sndcallowed the kidd to run the halls screamining:(

The beds did not have fitted sheets on them. They had flat sheets to cover the mattress. Very outdated and did not resemble the pictures or description.

Honestly nothing , bcs it looked like going to a cheap motel Was very noisy inside the facility,even that was 12 midnight,

Prices were ridiculous and when although it is minor I called the front desk twice for towels and I’m still waiting

Proximity to the falls Cleanliness and was overpriced for the quality of the room. It was loud in the courtyard and rowdy

We loved how central it is. We walked to everything. The hotel is very accommodating for kids, so that was appreciated. They have the attached waterpark, movies in the indoor courtyard at night, and a neighboring hotel allows pool access for nights we didn’t use the waterpark. The room was big enough for our family of five and the beds were average. It was a wonderful stay. It was expensive to park. We found out later that the neighboring parking lots were charging $5/day, so we’d probably do that next time.

The staff was very unprofessional, and they told me that we could leave. So i cancelled my reservation and booked a room at the Sheraton. I had clients on a trip with there family and the room was so hot, the a/c didn’t work, I will never book again
