The location of this hotel is perfect it walking distance of all of the attractions but still distant enough from the crowds on the main street. The staff was very polite as well.

Disgustingly filthy, didn't seem that we were in a hotel in Canada. Uncomfortable squeaky beds and stained smelly pillows, worn out bed sheets for this overpriced hotel stay.
-
It was filthy, smelly, hallways were not vacuumed. We stayed there 3 nights, the same garbage and trash all over the hallway. We placed a complained, then the cleaning lady the next day came and cherry picked on obvious trash but didn't vacuum.
-
Location and front desk people Poor breakfast, not clean, unsafe.
-
Distance Very dirty rooms
-
Cleanly renovated The strong smell of urine upon entrance. The smell of sewage at the back entrance. Pool is very small and not sufficient for all guests
-
It was close enough to walk to where we wanted to be Not necessarily overly wheelchair accessible

All happened in one night. - Important stuff that I transported from the US to Canada was stolen, my car was in the private parking the hotel offers with Fees. - Hotel manager reaction was “oh this is very common, it is your responsibility” refusing to check camera footage. Was also rude and in polite and wanted to evict me because I was trying to make my point that they are responsible. - I did not ask them for reimbursement of the stolen items. Just wanted them to do better job to prevent this from happening to another customer. -After coming back from the water park, a security lady was waiting for me at the gate. Showing here weapon and asking me to leave the hotel before the end of my reservation. Claiming miss conduct. - She also said she will call the police. - Minutes later a security guy was hardly nocking on my room’s door asking me to check out and freaking out my kids. - Then they called the police, police officer was insisting I leave the hotel as per the owner’s request threatening me to handcuff me in-front of my kids if I did not leave. - I had to leave and wasted hours of my vacation trying to find another stay. Adding the that the wast of time and the frustration because of their service. All of this happened in less than half a day. Very unprofessional team, I had to deal with 5 employees who are backing their manager and not willing to hear my concerns. They have a gang mentality not customer service mentality, they have been blindly following their manager. no one was trying to be positive while I am the person who was suffering. I told them I think they know who stole my stuff and it must be one of them. After what happened. I have no doubt. the way they were trying yo cover it up and make it look like normal thing is concerning. If you are looking for a nice stay, definitely this is not your option.

Break fast was average. Location is good, close to everything. I wanted to stay one more night and the price of the next day gone up significanly and I decided not to.

The location is the main advantage of this inn. It’s close to all the major attractions, offers free parking, and the interior architecture is attractive. Unfortunately, the property is in poor condition and should have remained closed until renovations were complete. Even the renovated rooms already look worn due to poor workmanship. The bed and other furnishings were old and showing significant wear, the refrigerator barely worked, and there was no microwave. I booked a two-bedroom suite and even rented an additional cot, but when I raised my concerns, the staff explained that all four two-bedroom suites were fully booked, so there was no possibility of changing rooms or upgrading. Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the property, from the dirty hallway carpets to the unclean, deteriorating pool and shower area. One side of the first floor appeared to be used to store large bags of trash or renovation debris. While the interior design is appealing, the rear exterior resembles a shelter, and the parking area is poorly maintained. The complimentary breakfast was very basic: dry egg or egg-and-sausage muffins, two types of bread, three cereals, coffee, water, juice (orange, apple, and cranberry), and 2% milk. Security and maintenance were also concerning. Our room door lock was partially broken, and the key card only worked with a trick. An unsupervised back entrance appeared to allow unrestricted access to the building. The staff were courteous but seemed overwhelmed.

The breakfast was good ? there were different things to choose from. Part of the shower door was missing. The bed was not comfortable. I was actually in a hole when I sat or lay down. It was not good for my back. Our key card stopped working the day before we left.

The location and staff were nice. The room itself was clean. The TV was outdated. The room telephone was yellow and looked about 50 years old. The hallways were in horrible condition despite the sign saying that they were pending renovation. The elevator was missing parts on the roof. The room keys constantly demagnetized. Complimentary breakfast was very underwhelming.

Where to start? The room was bare with nothing on the walls. The bed had a collapsed section on one side. The popcorn ceiling was crumbling to the ground. The AC had no controls. The bathroom was tiny. Hotel hallways were dirty. Breakfast was bad.

The location was decent and the parking was free. Breakfast was terrible-bread, crispy English muffins with cafeteria meat and eggs, and red delicious apples. We went to Walmart and bought breakfast items because we couldn't eat it again. The hallways were disgusting. They were in disrepair with carpets that were awful. The walls looked all banged up and it was just kind of gross. Yes they are renovating, but we were charged a premium price for this experience. The door to our room didn't shut properly. The key cards needed updated constantly so you would have to make a trip to the front desk at least once a day to get in your room. The updates to the rooms were not done well. Shoddy work and not all things were replaced like bathroom lighting and floors. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked the value of the stay. Included breakfast and water Park tickets. I was not crazy about the bed, and the fact that there was no drinkable water provided we had to buy.
-
Breakfast was underwhelming. Limited food choices
-
Only had toast, breakfast sandwich a d cereal. Would have liked eggs and sausage separate. Good location. Water cold in shower. The renovation mess. Our rooms not together.
-
Location and you could see the fireworks right from the window The breakfast was a little boring. They did have breakfast sandwiches which was good. Elevator a little outdated but got us where we needed to go

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, close and easy to walk to everything. The hotel was very clean and the free parking is a huge plus. Would like to be able to bring my drink out to the pool. It was just water but no drinks allowed at pool area.
