Chandelier, the location Side of the room dirty. Air conditioning not working right. The shampoo and conditioner located behind where you take a shower and too high. The outlet in the bathroom is beside the toilet bowl wall instead of being where the sink and mirror is. Our room is fallsview, but more facing the wall and you have to peek the side to see the falls. The door is too hard to open. The hallway and room smells.

Unfortunately, the reality was a complete letdown. There was a crazy, chaotic line with large families and small children. Every single table by the window with a view had "Reserved" signs on them, yet the tables were left covered in leftover food and dirty plates that no one bothered to clear. When I politely spoke to a staff member, I received a rude response stating the tables were reserved. However, during the booking process, there was zero mention that tables could be reserved in advance, nor was there any indication of VIP areas or other special privileges. To make matters worse, overall cleanliness was shockingly poor. Every single door in the hotel, including the main entrance doors, felt sticky, as if they hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel was first built. We expected much more for our money and left extremely disappointed. We will not be returning.

The view from the 10th floor was wonderful. The breakfast was really good. We also had dinner there and that was also really good . The room was a bit small for two people. It was a room more for one person. There was only one night table and light . Two people who like to read would find it very dark on one side of the bed. . The bathroom was lovely.

Close to the falls Very old and tatty. I requested a cot for my 1 year old which was acknowledged but when we arrived they advised that the room couldn’t fit the cot in. Ended up having to co-sleep and inventively didn’t get a wink of sleep!

The location and views were excellent. The food at the Steakhouse was exceptional and reasonably priced. It's an older property and the windows were small. But that's not anyone's fault.

Breakfast on the top floor was amazing! Rooms were comfortable, but a little small. Short walk to everything! All was good.

Upgraded Falls View room with full windows was excellent size with separate lounge area. Windows were dirty

breakfast and location was perfect The door is too stiff—even my wife can't open it... and for such a prestigious hotel they shouldn’t have let one of their room to be occupied with that condition even though they let us checked in early in the morning but that’s not enough reason.
