Amazing views of the falls! Everything was within walking distance. So many things to do at the hotel. We had a fallsview room and we could see the fireworks every night at 10. Beautiful property with lovely gardens. Rooftop pool and bar! Great customer service. The elevator was very hard to catch and it was always full.

Beautiful setting right across from the falls, easy to walk everywhere and nicely maintained. There were very long wait times for the elevators. We used the stairs a lot but it wasn’t an option for some people. The parking garage is a distance from the registration desk making transporting luggage awkward.

The property is on the best spot in Niagra Falls! It’s located right on clifton hill but also at a spot where you can visibly see the falls. The room was clean and spacious. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a better room because of my birthday. The staffs are very helpful if you have any questions about your stay. In addition, they also have a breakfast buffet in the hotel that overlooks the falls. We tried out their spa as well, and it was fantastic!

Location was amazing right in the heart of all the action! Room was as small but clean and beds were comfy. Valet was efficient (but pricy) and the man who helped us was funny and great with my son! Pool area was ok. Water was slow to drain in our room but pressure was fine so we weren’t too bothered by it. Elevators were slow to arrive and always packed (to be expected in a big full hotel) and the gentleman who did our check in was not very friendly (luckily when we went back to reception to ask about wifi we were helped by an exceptionally kind woman!)
