Falls view is okayish The hotel is very bad I cannot beleive i paid 750 cad per night for a hotel do not provide a water bottle. I can donate microwave to them so that they need not be so cheap. It wont even cost the basic one 50cad. They are charging so much but could not provide basic things. No tooth paste. No refills for coffe for 2nd day. Waste of money

The booking was made for 5 person however the room had only 4 beds and somehow it was my problem in the middle of night to figure out the solution...

Good location of the hotel. The hotel’s facilities, pool, and stairways do not match the price of the stay. The hotel has long passed its prime.

Filipino receptionists are very friendly and welcoming! The smile on their faces made you feel at home after a long tiring drive! Anyways the hotel was clean and the views are amazing! Photo from our below! Our weekend vacation was awesome! Thank you They forgot to fill in our coffee and cream the next day of our stay.

View was good The given picture and actual view are not same, there was no drinking water kept in the room, also charging $50 for one night parking. This is not worth for the amount charged

Location Allotted the city view room instead of falls view and made disappointed for our stay. Need to pay additional $50 for parking plus Morning breakfast. Instead would recommend to stay somewhere with breakfast included with stay.

Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. They greeted us as soon as we entered and made sure we had everything we needed and asked if we had any questions about the area Nothing. We loved everything.
