Pool is nice and secluded. Staff were nice. The pizza place in the parking lot is amazing. No elevators which is fine there’s only 3 floors but when staying at the top floor, there is zero air conditioning in any of the hallways so by the time you get up the stairs you ar sweating. There is no mini fridge in the room and you have to go into the boiling hot hallways that are full of dust and smell musty just to go to the second floor where the only ice machine is located. The rooms are very outdated and did not feel like I was getting my money worth based on the room. To get to Clifton hill, it was about a 15 minute walk. In the summer when the hallway is already hot and the stairs you have to do, then to have to still walk to Clifton hill, I feel that the price was a bit much. That was by far the rattiest looking hotel I’ve stayed anywhere at so far. Showers were extremely loud and squeaky sounding the entire time. Was only given 1 mini bar of soap and shampoo for two nights stay for two people.

Staff was welcoming. Carpet in room filthy! Very stained rm 255 Front desk gave out our room number to another guest, they tried to get into our room while we were napping. Then another person came 25 min later and tried again. Then 15 min after that 2 staff came to verify our names. Needless to say NO NAP!

The guy on reception was really nice and helpful. Lovely and friendly. He was a great asset to the hotel (the only member of staff we saw on our one night stay) the bed was comfortable, I liked that it’s literally an 8 min walk to the horseshoe falls if you use the hill side car that lowers you down the hill side so you don’t have to walk all the way around ($4 one way or $10 a day pass) The curtains were held up with like metal pins so couldn’t be opened or closed so it was like a bit of a dungeon out room as no natural light, no ceiling lights so you just have lamps so just darkness and depressing room. We were on a ground floor room that the door is outside on the parking lot so had to leave our door open for any light. Our room was very dated, they closed the pool due to poor air quality and we didn’t get advised ahead of our stay , I asked why they closed it when other hotels haven’t and they said the department for health want to keep people inside because of the air quality so if pools are closed it makes it more likely they will stay inside however when you are visiting Niagra falls no one’s gonna stay in due to air quality! I was travelling alone with two kids and would have been so lovely to spend some chill time by the pool rather than sat in our dungeon when we were back at the property. For £60 a night and it’s close to everything it’s not the end of the world but I would probably rather pay the extra £40 a night and have somewhere that feels fresh and clean.

Very close to the Niagara Convention Centre . A more economical choice . The lobby is separate. You need to access your room though an outside door . The door is open all the time . You do not need a card ,key or code to get in. So pretty much someone could walk in off the street and get up to the rooms . It says it's monitored 24hrs but I am not sure about that . We did not have any issues though . Also we stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping did not come in at all garbage wasn't emptied or no clean towels. It was just me and my daughter so no big deal but I was just surprised that no one came in .

Check in was easy, the ice machine was nice, the vending machine didnt cost alot. A very decent price, pop, chips, chocolate bars,water... the pool was nice lots of seating by the pool. The room had AC and your able to control it. The hall way was hot, the T.V didnt work aka nothing but the fuzzy white noise.

Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and available. Tv doesn’t work well in the room so they provided a Roku box. We would prefer flooring rather than carpet in an outdoor room. Did not feel that carpet can be very clean when everyone walks right into the room with shoes on. Pool was not available on first day due to an abundance of rain on the day prior. After backwashing, it was too cold to experience.
