Customer service, bed cleaning and breakfast Nothing

Location breakfast, paid parking, additional so many fees

Hotel is good but they didn't meet my requirements

Everything was ok over there

It was too far from everything. Breakfast was included, but you have to prepare and cook it yourself. There was also an unpleasant smell in the building.

Breakfast options were decent.But there was a long queue for that..n then you might have to wait for atleast 20 mins.. The airconditon of the room was not working I guess at night...Felt like it turned off during night.

A bit far from waterfall but still walkable distance!

The view of the falls Was good

Mold on ac, wasp/bees nest outside our balcony, stained curtains and bed sheets, muggy/humid feeling and smell in our room. Breakfast options were extremely limited and no fruit options. Whole place had a dirty feel to it

I like nothing about the property will not be staying here again I ahead to get information on whether there was a hot tub in the room. The staff told me yes when we actually checked in there was no hot tub. I tired calling again and they hang up on me each time I asked about the room. Also the bath was not working properly. The bathtub does not drain.

I liked how the facility had a control over the number of people in the breakfast room. However, the room is quite small. A more open layout will go a long way to improve the customer experience.

Very clean and convenient to attractions

The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The front desk was not friendly and I was not happy being on the ground floor with a view of the parking lot.

Close to the river and surrounded by good restaurants. Free both kids and free breakfast. I paid online to add extra bed for $15, they didn’t add the bed and when I called they said I didn’t pay for it.. so I had to pay another $10 to add the bed. Pool is okay but not inviting. Outdoor pool is beside the parking lot. I also paid extra for the river view but it turned out, there’s no river view as it’s surrounded by buildings.

Spa needed to be hotter.

Breakfast was mediocre. Food and coffee were both cold. Room was adequate. Location was good. I have stayed in hotels in the area in the past and not been charged for parking. I am disabled. In addition, I had asked for a later checkout until 12:00 noon as I was taking my great nephew on a boat and walking tour and realized that we might not get back by noon and it was suggested that I could extend that to 1:00 p.m. for an additional cost of $20. which I thought was a little tacky.
