Location to the falls, with beautiful views of both falls , very close to restaurants and casinos. Tried moving us to the Hilton due to maintenance issues. We called them and they were able to accommodate us. The bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries.

Spa Very rude and not professional person on reception named Oddy. He made very bad impression about hotel and personal. Paid just over 1k cad for 2 nights to have dirty windows in 1 room and restricted view by the roof in another. After complaining they could not change or upgrade without paying extra, however were offering to downgrade without giving refund in cost difference. Parking on site 50 cad, park next door, covered parking for 20/25 cad.

It was near the Niagara Falls. When I opened the door I was in the washroom. The furniture was old.
