Facilities, cleanliness, location The noise from the neighbours was horrendous. A group of men who were clearly on a night out, banging, shouting, generally having fun. Doors slamming. However we were a family with 3 children and we lost a lot of sleep. Room service also nocking at 6am on the neighbours and was very loud for us as her walkie talkie was very loud

increadible view to the niagara falls, we had one night in family there, room was big (we are five) including baby, location is great for the view, but you'll have to pay the rail pass if you don't have a car, anyway, the railway is directly connected to table rock, so for tourism is great If you book a room with view only to houseshow forget about watching the fireworks from the room, you won't be able to see them, would be nice to had been warned about that, considering thats the thing everybody is looking to see on niagara at night

The location. From our suite we could watch the falls anytime. The suite was amazing although the living room was rarely used as we were staring at the view. Did not turn on either of the big screen televisions. The bathroom was equipped with a really nice shower and a large jetted tub. The amenities for bathing were great since it had argon oil in them. Everyone on staff was consistently friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful end to our Canadian adventure. I didn't care for all the congestion as we arrived. For a first visit it was a bit intimidating. It all worked out, just took some adjusting to all of it.

After a lot of research, I really believe this hotel has the best view of any hotel at Niagara Falls, especially as it's unobstructed! Our room had a view of both the US and Canadian Falls so we had a great view of the 10 pm fireworks each night. The photos I've included were taken from our room. Our room was clean and comfortable throughout and it was nice to have some space to hang clothes. On a very minor note, the TV in the bedroom and lounge were a bit temperamental and the one in the lounge decided to stop working entirely partway through. The door was also hard to unlock from the inside. The biggest issue for us was how slow breakfast was in the morning. Service took a very long time. The food was pretty good, though the amount of maple syrup provided was not generous. Considering that our room rate included breakfast, the slow level of service was disappointing. On the second day, no tables were available when we arrived for breakfast and we were asked to wait. We were seated after maybe 10 minutes but as we walked through the restaurant I noticed many tables were available, they were just not right by the windows. It would be nice if they offered those tables for folks who would prefer to be seated immediately than to have the best view. (Sitting by the windows was also very hot as it's in the sun, but the view really is amazing!)

Very clean and comfortable The elevators very slow.

We could see the falls but not the fireworks from our hotel room. Also we could not be guaranteed a higher floor, we got 17 out of 42 but it could have been better.

The smell on the pillows and bedsheets
