Location was great! Shuttle buses were clean and readily available all over it was a great stay. You shouldn't have bottles of water in the rooms and charge the guests that drink them!!!!!

The location and the staff. Nothing

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall good experience. The property was clean, and I appreciated that there were restaurants right on the premises, which made it easy to grab a meal without having to go far. The location is also great – the magic show is within walking distance, and there are other attractions nearby. I didn’t get a chance to do the falls ride at night with the fireworks, but it was definitely on my list. One big warning: be extremely careful about currency exchange around the hotel area. They seem to charge extra for everything, even when using a card. Whatever you do, do not exchange money anywhere near the hotel. Look for a place that doesn’t add all the extra fees. I exchanged $100 USD and got $141 CAD – that’s an extra 41 dollars on every hundred, which is wild. NIIIIIIICCCEEE!!! ? Overall, the hotel itself was solid and convenient, but I strongly recommend planning your currency exchange elsewhere to avoid unnecessary fees. Currency exchange spots around the hotel charged high fees and bad rates, even when using a card. I felt they added extra charges to almost everything related to exchanging money. I strongly disliked that exchanging money near the hotel cost you about 41 extra dollars on every $100 USD you exchanged. I were frustrated enough that I would warn other guests not to do any currency exchange anywhere around the hotel and to find a place with fewer or no extra fees instead.

Clean and location The elevators. One of them was broken and it took a lot of time to get into one.
-
Overall it was an amazing experience, however the downside is parking a bit overpriced. 100$, 70$ and 35$ per night.
-
Clean and location The bed is a little firmer than I like.

it is a really lovely facility with lots of amenities. I like the fact there were a couple restaurants right there to choose from and having Starbucks close by is always great for me. The parking situation was not ideal and it was very expensive.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator attendant was helpful when we asked for information, he was very informative. We visited Niagara Falls in 2025 and took in the power station(worth the experience take the guided tour, the first picture is from the section under the power station of Niagara Falls) which was amazing adventure, and returned this past week to visit the Bird Kingdom and the Butterfly Conservatory which both were amazing. We also got to meet up with some friends that we hadn't seen in a while. The trip was great In the hotel room the bathroom needs improvements - The hot water tap for the sink leaked badly enough and in the shower the towel bar was hanging off the wall not attached properly. I think for the price you pay for accommodations these things should have been checked and address before renting it out. When we were leaving we noticed a body being removed from the premises into a hearst, it's not something you see every day and not something that should have maybe been seen. I know that instances do arise but it was a little unsettling to have to witness this incident.

Hotel is within walking distance to Niagra Falls on Canadian side. Also very close to area restaurants. Beds were comfortable. One issue with TV Remote but was fixed immediately by professional and friendly maintenance staff. Everything was great!

Location. Friendly staff with one exception. Loved the water pressure for the shower. Starbucks was a plus. Easy access to parking. The one concierge, Theresa, was so rude and unprofessional. I asked her if she was Melinda cause I had spoken to Melinda before we came up and Melinda was a huge help and very personable. She said NO, I am not Melinda, I'm Theresa. She said Melinda was useless. We felt very uncomfortable at that point and she snubbed us and wouldn't help us with anything after that. She was a royal bitch, it is a shame to have someone so rude and unpersonable as a concierge. She would be the one reason I wouldn't come back and will definitely tell my friends. Concierge's should be friendly and helpful. Well all the other ones I have met have been. I did talk to Melinda the next day and she apologized for Theresa and was still helpful and told us about NOTL and we went and had a blast.

Guest services was quick to remedy the issues I had. It was in walking distance to the Falls. Staff was very friendly. Pricing was very good. Was able to walk though walkways to get to other hotels, restaurants and shopping. They offer several restaurants on location and many more within short walk. Arrangement of room. The tv faced the outside wall. The bed was at the end of the room. So if you wanted to watch tv, you have to try an swivel it. Since is was a large tv, it did not swivel very much without running into wall . Only 1 person in bed was able to see the tv and that was still at an angle. Room 608 - I would not recommend this room. AC was extremely loud when running - but cooled the room quickly.
-
The window in the room was hazed over and you couldn't see out it.

Location was good Parking issues left a very sour taste with me. Was double charged and only reimbursed for one night. Almost felt like the valet crew was running a scam

Floors and chair and room covered and stains
