Hotel showers were very small I could not take a shower in the shower. I was counting on a higher level which I spoke to someone when I purchased my hotel stay and was guaranteed, but when I got there I was asked to pay more for a higher level.

Room feels stinky little bit
-
Great location Clean and accommodating with everything you could want or need.
-
Close to the falls and all the main attractions
-
Close to the casino and restaurants. Room was not worth the money . Had to pay for water in the room !!! Are you kidding me!!! Ice machine not working !!! Have to pay to park my car!!! That’s not right !!!

Customer service was just OK, not many smiles there. The room was very big, clean and comfortable. The room had a coffee maker, no free water, a mini fridge, and big bathtub. You have plugs by the bed, very useful. The elevator is fast. There is a Starbucks conveniently located at the lobby and close by restaurants and ice cream shops. The location is great, you can just walk to the Falls in 5-8 minutes. The view from the room (18th floor) is not super amazing, you are quite far, you can see the falls, but I think it is too far. The gym was very big, a lot of equipment. The shower was leaking water after every use, very annoying. The toilet paper was so so thin. You need to make a reservation to use the pool, I think this is stupid.

Parking is too expensive , no breakfast, wifi is not enough strong signal ,
-
Beautiful hotel in a great location! No water in the lobby.

What breakfast? We were facing a concrete wall about 30 feet from our window . I didn’t understand why my $50 security deposit could not be refunded at the time I checked out.

The room view was spectacular with watching the fire works, the bed and linen was like sleeping in a cloud. The olg venue in the same building was super convenient. The main floor restaurant with live entertainment at night was great. Worth the stay

beautiful hotel, nice staff , great view, clean space Kind of far from the downtown strip. Ran out of robe towels . Long line up for check-in / check-out.

Location, location, location. Expensive hotel that charges parking. Not sure why. Very disappointing.

Everything Reserving pool times.

The location is close to most everything there is to see. We did have a view of both falls from our suite but it was farther away than I thought it would be - especially for the money we paid for a 2-day stay. The Infinity Pool and Family Pools were to be reserved for one hour only. I know there were people who stayed for hours and no one was enforcing reservation rule. So, we never got to enjoy the infinity pool or the hot tub next to it because families were there all day instead of the family pool. Kids everywhere jumping and splashing. The Infinity pool should be for adult patrons only since there is a family pool. It rained all day the second day we were there and it would have been nice to use the pool area. Also, none of the TV remotes in our room worked and we called to have someone come check it out and no one came. Also working on the electrical grid in the middle of the afternoon in a rainy day was also not the best idea - stuck in our rooms and no pool to use because children took over both pools and weren’t being asked to not jump in the pool and to stop screaming.

The room and location were beautiful and perfect. The breakfast was not breakfast but a tray of dry pastries. Some of the staff were kind of rude.

The room smelled a little. It needed refreshing clean air.
