Nice and clean and location After paying such a big amount for the room water bottle was not complimentary and water brand was NAYA water which is 24 bottles pack is for $4 at Walmart but in hotel room they were charging $5 for one bottle which is kind of upsetting also there was no napkins in the room anyway all other things were good

The space of the room, and food options The room I was staying in the shower didn’t close fully and the water was all over the floor since there was to others in the room we had to dry it up after every use.

Booked this room last minute and was very happy with our stay. Everything was great; service, room, and location. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was fantastic dealing with holiday/World Cup crowds, and the location is incredible. Quick walk to the falls and plenty of other activities nearby. I didn't like that we had to leave.

All the staff, (the parking attendants, bell service, concierge, front desk, casino staff and security, every vendor within the hotel) was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a room with a view of both of the Falls which did not disappoint. The fireworks show every night was also enjoyable. There parking price, which is standard wherever you stay, is pricey but the lot was a parking garage and right near the hotel entrance.

Close to the falls The room was dirty. We found hairs in the bathroom as well as in the bed.
