Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade

Nothing, looks like a parking lot and decoration was horrible, a chandelier in the middle of the desk and the curtains horrible Honestly the hotel needs to be remodeled. Old amenities and looks horrible, my bedroom was facing a parking lot on the back and it looked like if you were going to a utility room.

Location, really close to the falls and a comfortable walking distance to Clifton hill and major amenities. Noise and Value. The ac is quite loud and bathroom doesn’t have ventilation. Though location is great it comes with the tradeoff of being quite loud at night.

Great location, right next to Skylon tower. Free parking was perfect, especially as some hotels were advertising $50 for a stay. Beds were super comfy, air con and fridge to keep your things cool was a welcomed thought. My daughter appreciated use of a small pool during our stay. Staff were attentive and helpful. Free filter coffee in the foyer. All in all, the location to everything and free parking made this hotel a good choice. Nothing really major, room was a little dated. Online website images made room looked newer than it was it seems. Couldn't get hardly any water pressure out of the tap despite it being looked at by hotel services. Didn't hinder our 2 night stay at all. Coffee pot wasn't cleaned prior to our stay, therefore didn't use. Didn't feel there was sufficient lighting. The breakfast consisted of a few varieties of breads, all very good. Lack lustre in the choice of cereal. Cooked breakfast options wasn't great. However, scrambled eggs were fantastic.

Free breakfast I was charged $50 that I wasn’t made aware of (assuming it was maybe a deposit) that has yet to be credited back onto my visa.

The staff were accommodating. I told them I had a person with physical disability and couldn't climb stairs. They changed rooms for us, so they didn't have to climb the stairs. The view was the parking lot. It was ok and didn't think much of it because they accommodated us and put us on the first floor. Too many stairs for the disable person.

Loved the proximity to all the major attractions. Just across the street from the casino, a few minutes walk from the falls. Everything is close by. All the fees on top of the booking price. There was over $40 of fees on top of the price of the stay.

Location Not enough parking, old and dated rooms, the rooms are not falls view, staff is horrible, breakfast doesn’t start until 8am so we never got to eat as we had to be places in the morning.

The pool and the location was fantastic. Booking.com booked the wrong type of room. Very disappointed. Never again I will use this hotel nor booking.com

Close to everything 10min walk to falls .breakfast was good. Hotel let me check in 2pm which was wonderful. At first pool n hottub was nice but they over did it on the cholene in pool left our skin burning afterwards had to wash with alot of soap to get rid of burning skin . Other than that it was good vacation.

Our room was advertised with a partial view of the falls which was accurate and actually exceeded our expectations. It was right next door to the Skylon Tower & a short walk down to the falls. The staff on the front desk were very helpful. The hotel had parking which was very handy. Overall the hotel was tired

This hotel is more than great for its location, parking, rooms with seating and breakfasts. We found the older air conditioning unit so very loud as it turned on and off throughout the night which made for a very disrupted sleep.
