The stay was great overall! The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working very well. The air seemed to only blow toward the window and didn’t circulate throughout the room, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a great stay!

We loved the location, very close to Clifton Hill, Rainbow Bridge and Niagara boat tour. We had an amazing view from our room. No safe.

Great pool, a huge and comfortable room. Kept the luggage for us. no view to the falls. No breakfast, there's starbucks nearby.

The breakfast was good, but no pancakes and more choices for fresh fruit needed and perhaps some oatmeal. Convenient to have breakfast downstairs. Didn’t like that you get taxed for parking fees. Wished that the hotel had down filled duvets. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Staff were very courteous and friendly.
