I loved room service and the staff they had and also the views were beautiful and amazing it all looked really beautiful and I was able to extend another day for my stay and they were able to offer me the same price which is great overall I liked it I didn't like some off the staff there and my room key didn't work most of the time and I had to keep chancing them which was such inconvenience and also I was told to pay at checkout but also on their end the lady made a mistake of not asking method of payment which kept causing my room key not too work I didn't get any apology for this inconvenience but overall it was okay I guess and room service asking for anything other than food to come takes forever

Loved the buffet setting. Staff at Milestone were really nice.

The staff never came to clean our room, do the beds, or refill the shower gel dispenser that was empty. When we arrived at 5 pm from the falls, someone tried to open the door, I guess to clean the room, but it was kind of too late
