Nothing, 2 receptions were so disrespectful and not helpful at all, never go back to same hotel again
-
Very close to casino, OLG stage and restaurants, all within walking distance. Breakfast had lots of options hot and cold, free parking is great as well Rooms were outdated and could use a refresh

Place was clean, check in ladies were so nice, lady in the breakfast area was friendly and kept all topped off. But at checkout men mwere not that helpfull since we check in 11pm I asked if we can keep car there a few hours after check out so we can walk around he gave me a few minutes only ( Parking lot was empty at this point everyone had checked out.). Bed was too soft

Room was clean. Very Old furniture. Old wall paper. Broken hanger on washroom door. Felt more like a cottage motel. Stayed on 6th floor and upper balcony on 7th floor could see serious hazard as concrete was falling apart. No AC in hallways was very hot. Booking.com charged 13% HST, 2.5% Resort Fee and 4.52% City Tax. The Hotel charged 3.95% Destination Marketing Fee, 13% HST, 4% Transient Accommodation Tax, and 2.5% Resort Fee.. Too many hidden Fees

Good location near the falls. Free parking. Overall outdated hotel. Needs renovation.

The room was fine. You could hear everyone going past though. It's a very "tired" hotel. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Thin walls. The whole place could do with some TLC. The pool wreaked of chemicals.
-
The room above me had people night and day pounding on the floor. The hotel was only surface cleaned, not behind things or under things and nothing is updated.
-
Staff was super nice. Parking and breakfast included There was an adjoining room attached to ours. The guest in that room were VERY loud until 2 am. Talking and laughing. Sounded like they were in our room. Door thin. The Beds were not comfortable. Mine had a big dip in the middle of it. Shower had shampoo and lotion. No conditioner.

Okay for price but willing to spend more for better satisfaction. Rooms and restrooms need an upgrade.
-
Rude receptionist, bathtub was dirty with hair stuck in drain, iron was dirty , uncomfortable beds
-
Breakfast is ok, and the location is excellent. Only one of my family room has broken and rusty heater and the floor was worn out in the washroom. The washroom needs to renovate.

The location was amazing. We were an easy walk down to Niagara Falls and right next to the Skylon Tower. Also, the logistics couldn't be easier. Within minutes of parking (super easy to find the lot), we had keys to the room and unloaded the car. The 2 double beds were not sufficient for our family needs as I have a son who is now over 6' and once requested, we immediately had a cot. We were steps away from the pool, which my boys were instantly in (and basically had to themselves). The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the woman on the night shift who helped me figure out an early morning run route and gave helpful traffic advise when planning the next leg of our trip. We all enjoyed the continental breakfast, which was standard fare, and served in a nice sunny dining room. There wasn't much to complain about here. The beds situation didn't work for us, but that was a mistake made on my end. The beds were standard double beds, my kids had just grown a bit since we last traveled.
-
If faced the Skylon tower, not the worst view because we were not facing the falls. It did not include bed turning service.
-
The location was great for my purpose The assistance with parking was good Did not expect to end up in a motel style room. The place is overdue an update and fixes within the rooms.
-
Very accessible for seniors toilet seat very low
-
Room had very strong vinegar smell .
-
The hot tub had chunks floating in it and my daughter was so disgusted that she refused to use it and the pool the rest of our trip.
