The value for the location is excellent. Shaki the owner is so friendly and kind. There’s even a swimming pool here! Nothing fancy but provides a perfect place to sleep.

The owner was kind to let us park in the property even after check out time. This saved us from paying parking fees near the falls. The property was just 10 min walk from the beautiful spots.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sunset Inn. The property was conveniently located, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and clean. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the excellent location for exploring Niagara Falls. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and there was nothing significant that I disliked. Everything was satisfactory and I appreciated the hospitality.

Location

The location is really good, 20 minutes walk to the falls, it was really good to have free parking The rooms were not clean, we had two rooms and in one of them there were lots of cobweb. There was no ventilation in the rooms, even though they had an airconditioner, the room still felt musky and had a bit of a smell. Wifi modem was far and there was no internet connection in our rooms. No fan in the bathroom, hair dryer didn't work, showers need repair, bed in one of the rooms was not comfortable.

Friendly staff good location

What I liked was that I had access to wifi Internet, the washroom was clean, and it was easy for me to access the falls in which it took me only a 20 minute walk. That my room was on the second floor that I could hardly walk the stairs. I had to take it easy for me to walk the stairs because I didn’t want to fall.

Poor wi-fi connection. No drain plug in bathroom making it impossible to take baths; could only take showers. Property had a swimming pool but no one was seen using the swimming pool.
