The bathroom needed a plug for the tub so their patrons could take a deep soak if needed

What I liked was that I had access to wifi Internet, the washroom was clean, and it was easy for me to access the falls in which it took me only a 20 minute walk. That my room was on the second floor that I could hardly walk the stairs. I had to take it easy for me to walk the stairs because I didn’t want to fall.

Poor wi-fi connection. No drain plug in bathroom making it impossible to take baths; could only take showers. Property had a swimming pool but no one was seen using the swimming pool.

Decent

I had booked a non smoking room and the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke.

room and bed was comfortable. stuffs are very good. about 10 minutes walk to park and naigara falls. my kids enjoyed the swimming pool. you can find any food resturent nearby

Very Clean

The location is wonderful. The first night we stayed.We had a joining door in our room and when our neighbors next door came in about 1030 they were trying to open the joining room door and got us up.Their kids kept trying to open in the door.So it took us some time to go back to sleep.

Everything Nothing

location is great because you can walk to so many attractions. Front desk Personal are very kind and attentive. Premises and rooms are very clean. I definitely will stay in there again.

The location is really the only thing going for this very tired and rundown motel. Floors are uneven and noisy when walked on. No small coffee maker offered. Soap the size of a quarter! Ten sachets of shampoo and no conditioner. Door to the cabinet where the fridge is was off its hinges. Fridge not cold. Insufficient lighting. You had to hold the toilet handle down for ten seconds to make sure it flushed properly. Sure, it’s Niagara Falls, but $237 a night for this!?

The location was very convenient and it had a real good price The night staff were not helpful. Our key didn’t work and the night manager was not helping. So we had to wake up our mom who was in the room. We also asked for extra blankets and he didn’t provide it.

Family friendly,, clean,, manager/owners were accommodating,, felt like a safe place Little things that wouldn’t keep me from coming back,, finish painting the bathroom,, caulking in the bathroom,, hair dryer in the bathroom not easy to use, have to hold the button in while using.

Only 15 minutes walking distance to the falls! The jacuzzi was so nice. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming, also let us keep our car parked there for another hour after check out time so that we could walk across the street for breakfast. We had the best time!
