Days Inn by Wyndham Niles

Wasn't what I expected. They have smoking rooms so that Smell was in my non smoking room.

Clean room and cool with air onditing

The rooms and hallways were moldy and drank bad

Horrible. Ac vents were clogged, gross behind the nightstand, breakfast was a brown bag with a honey bun, nutrition bar an a bottle of orange juice. Coffee wasn't ready until 7:30 am and that was at the check in counter. Don't go there.

Room was very dirty. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.

Not much. The location was pretty good. Basically everything. The room is very dark, dingy, and outdated. The paint is peeling, ceilings are caving in, metal components in the bathroom are corroded and rusty, the exterior door to the building isn't secure and doesn't lock.

This is an older property, but is exactly what was needed: comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of clear cable channels with a ton of sports. If I find myself, again, in Niles OH, I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again

This hotel is a bit dated but for the price you can't beat it in the area. Anything else and the price range is not worth the risk to your health to stay in. This place was clean well taken care of and the bed was extremely comfortable. I will be staying here yearly when I come to Niles Ohio.

It was what we needed

There was a one inch hole in the ceiling above the shower. The air conditioner didn't work in 90° weather. Had this not been a late check in I would have turned around and walked away. Also, if you list one of your amenities as a "free breakfast" one should at least expect a continental style with maybe some fruit, muffins, yogurt, coffee, etc. When I asked about breakfast, the night clerk said it would be in the check in building...he even showed me the counter that looked like a simple food service area. When I went there in the morning there was coffee and...I'm not kidding here, a paper sack with a stale cinnamon roll, a flavorless chewy granola bar and a "mixed juice". I don't expect much but I'd rather not have a dollar store "breakfast". The man at the counter was rude and said "one bag per room"...for three people. This wasn't a cheap hotel by most standards but it definitely felt like every possible corner was cut here.

First floor. Felt safe. Friendly staff. Loud AC unit. Dirty sink.

It smelled like cigarette smoke

The place shall have a physical pos terminal for payment. Which they don’t. It’s neither secure nor confidential to allow plastic details to whatever payment interface they’re using without informing where hotel enter it. Not good at all. I have internet transactions restriction and had problems while check-in. Please get a pos terminal not web upload!

Good value for the money

You would NOT stay there either. I wish I could send all the pics I have but it only gave me a few spaces.

Overall the stay was good. However, for a handicapped person staying on the 2nd floor with no elevator available was challenging. The sitting chair had a wheel missing. Unable to use. It was mentioned to staff, but no response. For those guest like my husband and I who has a late evening flight the opportinity to have a later checkout time would be helpful. Some hotels charge an additional fee. Normally half price of daily room rate. And some hotels, have a holding space, at no charge, if guest just wish to store their luggage until leaving.

Clean budget friendly hotel. Ok!

No breakfast

Big room comfortable bed Air conditioning felt like it was heat remote missing for TV.Nothing on in the room all night.Long.Total quiet while I was by myself

Breakfast was fair for a discount hotel. Coffee, sack breakfast of juice, sweet roll and multi grain bar. That there were no facilities for handicapped. Showers had absolutely no bars to hold on to.
