Hampton Inn & Suites Niles/Warren

Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. It was very clean inside and out. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Rooms are not what you expect. Not what I expected at all.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Bed good, shower good, and location good. Price is just right get what pay for. Gym was phenomenal wish I had more time. Parking easy and accessible. Shower heads bit outdated but nonetheless they work! Pillows bit flat for personal liking can bring your own.

I liked all the updates and it was clean. No comment

Breakfasts were fine. We will choose a different place next time.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. They have a pretty good breakfast buffet as well. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of stores and places to eat nearby within walking distance.

Bed Blackout

Room was clean and comfortable - could use a couple of rugs for sound dampening and comfort. Staff is very friendly; pool is great.

I would say this is the nicest and best maintained Hampton inn I’ve ever seen. The lobby smells good, the rooms are clean and seem recently renovated. Very nice. There was one issue that irked me though. We were there for two nights and expected housekeeping to tidy the room, refresh towels, etc. When we returned from our day ,the day after check in, it was not cleaned and when I called they said they clean every other day. That wouldn't obviously apply to our stay since we were there Friday through Monday. When I called, the front desk sounded ever so slightly put out and said I could stop by the desk for towels. I asked that they bring them to the room and they did and were very nice but the whole thing seemed ridiculous. The pandemic is over, the hotel did not seem very full, and it seemed easy to just send in housekeeping for a quick refresh. Whatever but I decided it kept this from being a 5 star stay.

I was there for my dad‘s funeral and I was already stressed out enough. This place made me feel right at home and take the stress off traveling under these conditions, I would recommend this place and will stay there again if ever back in the area.
