Everything was good

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good lots to choose from

We arrived late after our flight was delayed - the staff was inviting and our experience was relaxing.

Wonderfully appointed rooms and a nice lobby, pool and garden area. Good breakfast.

breakfast had everything we wanted....coffee was always available.....the lady in charge (Ghada) was extremely helpful and told us if we needed anything, she would get it for us....she was a pleasure dealing with her for the two mornings we were there. Also, Tracy at the front desk was very helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable at the hotel. The cookies and ice cream at night are a very nice extra touch! when we left our hotel room on Sunday around 11:45 am, we took the do not disturb sign off the front of the door, but when we got back to the hotel at 5:oo pm, we saw our room was not cleaned and we didn't have any clean towles; however, the person on duty at the front desk (we think his name was Jackson) gave us all the towels we needed for the rest of the night.

Hotel located perfect location, rooms where nice and staff great. Breakfast could be a bit better but i guess you get what you get for free breakfast :)

The room and the entire facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There was a patio area next to a water fall that was relaxing and where you could have your breakfast and a cup of coffee that was extremely nice. Would highly recommend this place and we plan on staying there again in the future.

The bed was subpar. I felt like I was sleeping on a pull out sofa. I stayed in a different IHGi in Birmingham Michigan at the bed was outstanding. Why the difference?

I enjoyed the hot tub it’s starting to fall apart wear down just needs some up grading.

Clean, comfortable and quiet are my requirements for a room. The room was comfortable and the room was clean but to no fault of the hotel the room above us was noisy with kids running around (poor parenting in my book).

This was a cute place to stay for a night with my kids. The staff were friendly, it’s nearby shopping centers and our room was comfortable. Lots of great options for the breakfast buffet as well.

2ply soft toilet tissue should be in the bathroom

Front staff was very helpful during renovations with explaining check in changes and workers were quiet and professional. Very nice and clean facility and room. Enjoyed the breakfast . Will definitely return here when in the area again Nothing I can think of
