The property was very well maintained. There is no front desk on property so bear in mind if you lock your phone in room on arrival and go to retrieve your luggage.

Location Key pad on door was broken so we immediately got locked out of room and had to wait for someone to come unlock it. Air conditioner was on its last leg and could not cool room. AC was crazy loud all night then completely shut off. AC was falling out of the wall and ants were coming inside. Ceiling fan was broken. Was uncomfortably hot all night.

Great location great beach will be back.

The room was big enough for a king bed, night stands, one chair, dresser, and refrigerator. The bed & linens were nice and comfy. Bathroom was nice but towel rack and toilet paper holder was coming loose from the wall. Like many other lodging places, I wish there were more places to hang wet towels or swim suits to dry. Appreciated the cool air of the air conditioner, but it was SO NOISY and ran non-stop due to the hot/humid conditions outside. LOVED the access to the beach right there! And the beach chairs & umbrellas. And the less crowded nature of this area of beach. Drank my morning coffee out on the shore. LOVE!!! Because of the beach, I would stay there again. I would have loved to stay longer. Liked how easy/close it was to get off island to shopping and restaurants. Beware of the boardwalk and putting green while barefoot during sunny days - HOT!!!

Location was perfect. Really nothing that we didn’t like… if we’re nitpicking, It could probably use TLC on cosmetic things, touch up paint

So peaceful, just beautiful loved the private beach, chairs, and umbrella

2. The AC on the oceanfront room which we paid top dollar for was not working - the first indication there was a floor fan. 3 You do not see the ocean in the ocean front. There is a hedge blocking view 4. After a few calls we were switched to a standard room not “ocean front” AC was noisy and not working. We simply gave up 5. We could not leave that night -hours of long drive under terrible weather conditions -so we stayed and made the best of it. 6. While we received the money back for our 2nd night - no additional credit was given for switching from the “ocean front” to the standard room. 7. The cost is not worth the stay.

This was a fabulous resort right on the beach! Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided daily, the entire place was super clean, and housekeeping came daily. Our AC unit quit working one afternoon and maintenance immediately replaced it. What a wonderful place to vacation!

The beach view it’s amazing, the grounds were very clean and well kept. I just think it was expensive for the amount of amenities, even though it was beachfront.

Loved how quiet things were! Thankful for the staff that was so kind to send us texts and check in with us to make sure our needs were able to be accommodated throughout our stay. We would definitely be back!

The resort is quiet and exactly what we needed, a perfect get away from our busy lives. We will be back!

The location was great. The room was not swept/vacuumed or mopped and there was urine in the toilet. The room was well overdue for paint and caulk . Not sure if the bed linens were fresh (probably not). There were blood droplets on the floor near the bathroom. Definitely not worth the price. Check in was also difficult. This is our first negative experience through booking over many years. Suntan Terrace nearby where we stayed in June makes this place look like motel 6. See above / I took video but this will not let me add. There’s one pic below. An example of all walls and baseboards.

Love the location, the amenities are great. Will definitely go back next time I am in town. The ac unit is a little too loud.

Great stay! Beautiful beach! Great property!

Love Casey Key and Nokomis Beach. The property was on the beach side, a plus. The bed was comfortable. The ceiling fan didn’t work. There was water on the floor outside of the bathroom when I arrived. Also, the water in the shower didn’t drain well. No space in the bathroom to put your things.

Loved that we were steps from the beach and we had chairs and an umbrella waiting for us every day. The gentleman that got them out was so helpful and very nice. Our room was clean and well decorated. The local restaurants were all amazing. The food and entertainment were all good. Pops, Pelican Alley and Rosebud’s. Love Casey Key and the beautiful blue water.
