The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The shower got two thumbs up, great pressure! Breakfast was filling, with a great assortment to choose from. The staff is great, informative and helpful. Shout out to Frandi, you certainly made use feel so welcome, like family! Parking is very convenient, with several entrances. This hotel is very conveniently located, just a short 5 minute drive from Nokomis Beach, and maybe another 3 minutes from the jetty. We had a great stay and will look forward to the next one.

Staff was great!. Breakfast and room were very good. I gave it a four star for its location. Seemed a little noisy by the car wash. Other than that it was great.

Our 2-nights stay was perfect ! Very clean room , new furniture , comfortable king bed , very good breakfast ! Pool and not at least a very friendly and helpful staff ! Thank you !

The staff, amenities and continental breakfast were wonderful. The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking. The tile floor was sticky and dirty, and the showers had mildew in all the corners.

The front desk staff was friendly and always available. Frandi was especially accommodating and helpful after hours.

Hard to shower or brush teeth with hot / hot water. Secondly, for some reason the bed in our room was so hard - felt like we were sleeping on plywood.

A bit frustrated otherwise 5 stars. Had to go to front desk multiple times each day because door key kept us out of our rooms.

Clean facility, friendly staff, well stocked rooms. Breakfast was not as enjoyable as at other Holiday Inn Express locations. Food was not kept at a good temp-hot foods were lukewarm at best.

The one thing that could have been better was the shower. There were dark, mold-like spots that made it appear less clean than expected.
