We had a wonderful time at this hotel over the Independence Day weekend. The room was comfortable, the location worked well for our plans, and the staff was consistently friendly throughout our stay. Overall, a solid choice for a holiday getaway. What truly stood out, though, happened on our last day. A thunderstorm hit and knocked out the elevators — not a small inconvenience in a busy holiday hotel. The manager (Holly or Hailey, no sure. Sorryyyy) stepped in immediately, keeping the calm, communicating clearly, and coordinating the situation with impressive professionalism. Bkfast extended for those that didn't make it. What could have been a stressful end to our trip was handled with such composure that it actually left a *better* impression of the property than when we arrived. That kind of leadership under pressure says a lot about the team running this place. Special kudos to the manager on duty — you were outstanding. We'd happily return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed.

Hotel looks new and overall a good place to stay. Internet was good, room was clean and comfortable. Hallways smelled great. Noticed no cleaning happened during the weekend, sand in the carpets and elevators. The snack store was bare and needed refilling or more options. The room needed AC set to 69 to keep room from smelling humid. Would I say again, honestly not really unless you get a great deal.

This was below the typical Holiday Inn Express standard. Seemed new and clean enough and breakfast was OK, but also was off. The room had a funky smell. We had to ask for toilet paper since they barely left any in the room upon arrival and did not add any after the first day of cleaning. Then, 2 days later they took the dirty towels and did not give clean ones, so another trip down to the front desk. Check in seemed to have more questions and was longer than most places are now. It was OK, but not the usual Holiday Inn Express from my 6 nights there. Location was good for us. Across the street from WaWa was a bonus.

This property is conveniently located. The check in staff were extremely friendly. The continental breakfast was a nice offering and unlike other places they didn’t rush to close breakfast down and they kept food refilled. It was a pleasant surprise.
