Overall, enjoyed this Hotel, staff friendly and helpful, clean, good breakfast, close to the beach.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Felt so welcome!

Hot tub is cold that's My only complaint all the guest would get in n the hot tub disappointed. It's almost the same temperature as the pool. Breakfast was good love the waffle station. If looking for like scrambled eggs not an option it's more geared towards making a breakfast sandwich. Our room wasn't stocked with shower towels or restocked with conditioner or couch bed bedding but a quick call to front desk they told me to come down and get the towels and bedding. I had brought shampoo and conditioner so we just used it instead of asking for it. Rooms are spacious and great. My teenage daughter didn't like the sliding bathroom doors with the crack in side to see through. Great location worker Amber was friendly, staff keeps breakfast restocked well during rush. Walking distance to Wawa.

When we arrived, the ottoman was on the couch, there were two air filters left on the couch by the ottoman. We were going to throw trash, away but under the sink, the bag was full from a previous guest. They forgot about that this trash, THATS why you have a bug problem in this room, small one, big coach roaches. The next day, there were five cleaning ladies on the floor that we were on, they didn't touch the room. That's why you have bug problems, do not clean, and do not take out trash. My wife got a big bite on her leg from the bed. 2.0 on cleanliness -

Place was good but breakfast was disappointing only defrozen options, nothing fresh.

The hotel itself is great, breakfast options great BUT when it came to housekeeping its a different experience. Even though we realize housekeeping is done only every other day - which would have been fine, but we got missed twice! We got housekeeping kept only every 3rd and other time on fourth time instead of every other day. We pay a lot to stay there and housekeeping was just not it. Sorry. They were great when they did do housekeeping but when we kept getting missed and told "sorry we are short on housekeepers" we'll that's just not how we would have liked it handled The ladies that work the front desk are great and made us feel welcomed!

Awesome location, great staff, clean rooms…. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. This was our second time at this property, and we will be back!

The breakfast could have been better but the staff was amazing

Room was not cleaned before our stayed. Made from desk aware and was told it will get a deep clean and nothing was done. Room had other people’s dirty soap laying in the bathtub and lots of hair everywhere.

Clean room, great customer service and so close to Venice beach ⛱️ Hotel didn't Honor my previous booking price even after explaining the only reason I had to move weekend stay a week out due to my son Flu illness. That was disappointing.

Location Fridge was dirty. Lefrover Pizza, meet and 2 exploted soda cans inside the freezer.

So close to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to. The rooms are extremely convenient with full kitchens, office, and a fold out couch. So much room. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. No complaints.
