This reservation used my credit card that was hacked from Booking.com. All of my personal information was compromised. I called this hotel several times to speak with staff at this hotel and was told it was not their concern to call booking.com. The staff was unable to help me when I called several times to alert the hotel the reservation was a scam that used my American Express card hacked from Booking.com. Pictures attached of the bookings that used my credit card.

The location. stayed in room 140 and the shower did not work move to room 304 and the toilet did not work.

Roaches in the room soon as I moved in coming out at the top of the door floor bathroom had to get to the store to get spray . Kitchen burner tucked knots not working properly. Bathroom toilet seat oversized handle didn't work properly 🙃 😑. Counter didn't look like it had been cleaned at all .Overall it was terrible and front desk Mgr horrible attitude . Not friendly ignores if you are new. Talks openly about what is going on to staff. Staff sorry roaches,ppl hanging clothes on rail.Cable lacks a lot of stations no phone, Floor nasty hadn't been mop or swept in long time .

It is very quiet here and a great place to go if you want to be somewhere where people mind their business. They cleaned often...the only downside is you can't extend your stay. You have to take all of your items out after each stay then make another reservation. Other than that it is a very nice hotel. Great Wi-Fi, Great TV service, kind people at front desk and very clean linens.

The property is decent. The place is by the Norcross police station. Which makes safety less of a concern and decreases nefarious activity. The Norcross post office is next door too. The property is literally downtown Norcross. The library is maybe 300yds away as well. The property isn’t really aesthetically pleasing. Considering it’s a really great location you would expect it to have a fresher look. The staff member who is usually at the front desk is very difficult to talk to. She is slim and dark skinned lady probably mid to late 40s. She doesn’t give a welcoming energy. Also the rate fluctuates without clear reasoning why.

Nothing. Never had the opportunity to stay due to staff leaving before the oddly 7 pm desk closing. I was there at 645 It was a terrible experience all way around

Dirty and smelly rooms, with dirty beds and insects in the rooms

Location by police station Roaches, room dirty, fridge is freezing refrigerated items, mold in the bathroom, smelled like cigarettes and walls were yellow from smoking. Burns on furniture & bathroom counters. Paint peeling on cooktop. Was told I could not request a better room because I booked online

Gas station near by, staff is very to the point, pet friendly.

I prepaid for a 3-night stay at HomeTowne Studios Downtown Norcross from 1/7/26 - 1/10/26. When I called to confirm, the hotel said my reservation wasn’t in their system. Later, I learned Hotels.com didn’t clearly disclose that the property auto-checks guests in at 7 PM, even if they never arrive. I was charged for all three nights and only offered a one-night refund. Very disappointing—Hotels.com should make these policies clear and protect customers from unfair charges.

The room was not clean full of cockroaches no bedding lights didn’t work there were no staff and nothing was addressed

The lady at front desk were racial disrespectful. I feel my right had been violated with comments she did. That why I’m persuaded for a civil a case for endangered to my life and I feel my right as Hispanic been violated Both lady at front desk where disrespectful I try to get my room because I was tired and wanted to rest because I had some test to do in Atlanta for school but at the end I was deny stay I had to sleep at the park for next day testing. I have contacted an attorney for a civil matter on this case I feel my right as Hispanic been violated and the neglected I received after I had paid full amount for that stay and at the end I had to stay at the park. That how hotel welcomes guess

It was what you’d expect from a place like this. I must say I sleep very well throughout my nights there. A lot of great places to eat close by .

Staff friendly

First day problems with room door lock another room assign no towels, blankets no remote, office close, people living there police present frequency.

Our room had black mold all down the wall in the bathroom, no towels, no comforter on either bed, no trash receptacle. Was moved to another room and it didn't have towels or comforters either. Housekeeping to 3 hours to bring them to us. Overall not pleased at all with this choice.

The clerk who checked me in was very nice. The price was great! The location was good. The A/C in my room did not work very well. I didn't complain because I knew I was gone after 3 days and it was considerably cooler than outside. Also the TV had 50 channels but close to 1/3 of those did not work. There was also no ice machine on property.
